“I’ve been meaning to check this place out for a minute and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The wines here are special and numerous, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the food is to die for! Not pictured is the bar steak which was delicious and cooked perfectly in my opinion! Pasta was cooked perfectly Al dente and the vodka sauce was simple but nicely nostalgic. This place would also be a great first date spot if you really want to impress…. I’ll be back :)”
“Excellent! We ordered their "Weekend Dinner" during the pandemic - this was the first time we ordered from Lolo. Jesus, their chef is a genius! The best cauliflower recipe I have ever had. The meal was the best meal I've had since the lockdown. My husband agreed! It was so good, we are literally ordering every weekend dinner to slowly try their entire menu. The $25 per person 3 course meal is worth it. I can't wait until this pandemic is over so I can try favorites again (the pasta was cooked perfectly). Pros: Big portions, taste great as leftovers, wonderful recipe pairings for their meals. Splurge on desert & bread- totally worth it. Cons: only opened on weekend during pandemic. Order early in week before sold out. This is the same review I left on yelp - it’s really that great!”
“The Goods: Quaint little spot in the popular part of thr city has a unique night life feel to it. The atmosphere is sexy, the food is delicious and the service is with a smile. I like the wide array of wines they sale and the food helps bring the flavor to the table. I want to give this place more stars but theres nothing that was overly amazing that did thr trick. The Ugly: Food portions are small for the prices they give you. $32 for Prawns and you don't get any pasta, rice or anything just 4 prawns dipped in pesto. The wait staff was great but the space is small so yiu have conversations and ppl on top of you when you eat. They could benefit from some house music or something.”
“Romantic and cute little place on the east end of Hollywood Boulevard. Perfect place for a date night or intimate celebration with friends. Imagine if Trader Joe's opened a fine dining spot, this is that kind of vibe. Pros: Fresh and natural dishes. One of the best steaks in LA. Reasonably priced Cons: No parking”
“Great vibe and a really nice spot for a date night. Service was attentive and warm which we appreciated. We started with the prawns (phenomenal), burrata with the bread (delicious) and a Caesar salad (also great). The yellowfin tuna was very salty, which was a bit of a miss. For mains, the whole grilled branzino was the highlight. The cacio e Pepe and broccolini unfortunately came out cold and on the salty side. I would still go back and try the other items on the menu, but for the price, nothing really stood out as a must have this time around.”
