“I’ve been buying and collecting Burgundy for close to 30 years now. I’ve run into a few shady folks along the way but this one really took me by surprise. I paid up front for wines—was told they’d arrive in a few months. Nine months later, still nothing. Then out of nowhere I get an email saying they can’t fill the full order and I owe more money because “costs went up.” Seriously? I asked for answers, followed up multiple times. Nothing. No reply. Just completely ignored. This isn’t just poor service. It’s shady. Really regret trusting them. Avoid if you value your time and money.”
