“Service was great. Food was perfect. Wife and I each got the Chilled Seafood Ramen and we split the Everything (Everywhere, all at once) sushi roll. We avoided an hour wait by eating outside. Immediately given a table. Outdoor tables are tiny but surprisingly accommodating. Everyone from the hostess to the servers was great, attentive, and fun. Lovely evening to eat outside. Very intimate.”

“We celebrated our anniversary weekend at Koko and it was an amazing experience. I lived in Japan for four years and have had some amazing sushi, and this ranks up with the best in Japan, and Mexico City where we also lived and frequented Tori Tori, just down the street in Polanco from Pujol. Daniel, the owner was at the sushi bar and it was an excellent experience to speak with him and the other clients, while sampling variations on the food that I love. The staff was friendly and engaging, the atmosphere was an eclectic balance of old school Japanese pubs, anime and gourmet food books. Daniel's extensive experiences as a chef around the world came to bear on the quality, display and blend of flavors. We will be back and we won't wait until our next anniversary. We have been back a number of times, but this is the first since Koko received the only Michelin recommendation in Brevard county. It was a wait but the food was still worth it. Daniel and his staff are friendly and the food is amazing. I hate to potentially create long lines for the Sunday brunch. When I can tell you it is amazing as well. The breakfast roll, shrimp toast Benedict and bananas Foster jiggly pancakes are fantastic.”

“We had an amazing evening at koko. Highly recommend you sit at the sushi bar if you're able! Daniel was so friendly and made us feel right at home, even sparking up conversation between the other folks at the bar. That's to say nothing of the food, which was incredible. The cocktails, starters, sushi, and desserts were all so incredibly creative and delicious. The Hokkaido scallop crudo was our favorite food item, and the Oolong creme brulee might have been my favorite dessert I've ever had at a restaurant. My only regret is not being local so I can come back!”

“The dining experience is absolutely exquisite! Did not expect this gem in Brevard County. Daniel, the owner, was so warm in greeting us. You can tell every plate was carefully thought out and crafted. All the ingredients and flavors are spot on. We loved every dish we tried. They don’t take calls so you have to either contact them through email, Instagram, or Facebook for reservations which makes it very unique. Definitely will be coming back again and again!”

“I was so impressed by this restaurant that I dined here twice in a single week. For sushi lovers, the 8-piece nigiri is an absolute standout and a fantastic alternative if you can't secure an omakase reservation. The "Everything (Everywhere, All at Once)" roll is a creative dish, and the interactive shoyu foam was a great touch. While the Shrimp Toast and Gambas al Japón were a bit heavy on the salt, they were still thoroughly enjoyable. The Koko sake flight and Matcha Tres Leches were the perfect complements to the meal.On my second visit, I sampled the Hokkaido Scallop Crudo, Wagyu, Crispy Mushroom Nuggets, and Seafood Ramen, all of which were expertly prepared. We also grabbed desserts—the Pineapple Sundae and Oolong Tea—from the adjoining concept, Koba, which were both exceptional. My only caveat is the limited seating; we experienced a 45-minute wait for a table and were seated along the wall. Despite the wait, the quality of the food makes this place well worth a visit.”
