I tried the Greatest Hits Omakase which is 10 courses instead of the full 17 offered at the other seating times but I wish I'd booked the full experience because everything was delicious and I left wanting more. I loved watching the preparation, learning about everything I was eating, and chatting with the chefs about their backgrounds and culinary hot takes. The intimate upscale but relaxed environment was also lovely. A great food experience to treat yourself to or go with a date or group.”
