Larkmead, established in 1895, is one of Napa Valley's oldest family-owned estates, managed by the Solari-Baker family since 1948. Spanning 115 acres between St. Helena and Calistoga, the estate features diverse soils that produce 100% estate-grown wines. “Absolutely fantastic. The property is beautiful, the hospitality is amazing, and the wine, let’s not forget the wine, is outstanding. Most of the wines are fairly complex contemplative wines that may not be immediately approachable, but open up wonderfully in the glass. This is top tier juice. The hospitality and accommodation of the staff is just as good as the wine. Not an inexpensive place, but it’s fabulous value.”
