Sauces had a ton of flavor without being too much. I wish I had been hungry enough to order a second one because I deadass would have. I'm not from cali so I will be thinking about this sandwich and craving it like a madman. Please eat it in my honor yall.”

“My go to chicken sandwich in Los Angeles. You can’t go wrong with either the Chicken Sammie or the Hot Honey Sammie, both options have perfectly cooked and crusty / crunchy fried chicken and excellent t sandwiches overall. The slaw is also outstanding, highly recommend.”

You get that bold spicy kick upfront, then it melts into a subtle honey sweetness that smooths everything out. And just when you think you’ve figured it out, there’s a light dill note that sneaks in and ties it all together. The chicken is the main character. Perfectly cooked, ridiculously juicy, and the crunch is next-level. That kind of crunch that snaps like a drumline when you bite into it. The bun does its job quietly. Soft, slightly glossy, holds everything together without stealing the spotlight. And oh… don’t sleep on the banana pudding. Weekend-only, and absolutely worth it. “First let me start off by saying I am about the pickiest, grumpiest curmudgeon there is. I think most food is ghastly and overpriced as well as most restaurants should not be in business. With that being said….this is about, if not the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. Crunchy and moist. A fresh roll. Pickles were awesome. Banana pudding, almost like eating a cup of banana cheesecake, not overly sweet and the vanilla wafers gave it a nice crunch. Had the JoJos as well. Crispy and good. Nice seasoning. One order is definitely enough for two people. Very pleasantly surprised!!! I ate the food too fast so the picture is of the counter display! LMAO”

“This place deserves THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH in LA. What I love about this place is that it’s not your typical Nashville hot fried chicken joint. Their sandwich is unmatched. I considered this to be on the same level as an In-N-Out burger in which their chicken sandwich just fits perfectly together. Down to the bun, with the super juicy, crispy chicken breast, fresh butter lettuce, the smoked paprika aioli, and don’t forget their perfectly homemade hot sauce. I prefer their sandwich over the tenders, and that’s saying a lot. This is a must at GCM.”
