NC, etc) I can wholeheartedly attest to the quality of this restaurant. The staff were incredibly kind, and the sushi Chefs were elegant in their craftsmanship. I will absolutely return here in my travels to Chicago, and I implore you to do the same.”

“The food was truly amazing. There were rolls I’d never even heard of that tasted perfect, and the quality of the food blew my mind. The servers were incredibly kind and funny, and talked with us. It felt personal and I had a great time trying the Sushi. It was small, and I felt like I was in a high-class restaurant, and the prices were pretty reasonable. An incredible experience. “After spending a whole day in McCormick Convention Center, I tried this place for the first time to relax and fill my stomach. The lady who attended to me was really pleasant to talk with and food served was authentic with a hint of creativity that you would not find in Japan. I’m Japanese, born in Japan and living in Texas. I like the delicate cooking sense of the chef. Highly recommended.”

“Yes, it’s expensive and yes, the portions aren’t massive — but the food was excellent. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and we were seated in a tucked-away corner that actually felt a bit VIP-ish. The overall atmosphere is intimate and upscale. Worth a visit, but just know you’re paying for quality and ambiance.”

“We ordered a large array of dishes from jalapeño hamachi crudo, the mirai combination, tuna tuna salmon roll, unagi and avocado maki roll, and hamachi kama amongst others. Paired with numerous bottles of hot sake, it was a wonderful meal with exceptional company. The service was attentive and friendly. It is definitely a local spot that I will return to.”
