Mudlick Tap House is a “gastropub,” pouring high-end beer and cocktails served with chef-inspired food. We are all about getting back to the best type of cuisine… food made from scratch.
“We were first timers and went for a special occasion. Mixed drinks were great, as was the pretzel. Fish entrees were average, but sides (especially the brussel sprouts) were very good. As others have said it is fairly loud but we were still able to have normal conversations. What stood out the most was the service; looking forward to trying more menu items soon.”
“Legit! Ordered the lamb and a virgin cocktail. The restaurant is spotless, food came out quick, was delicious, and our waiter was genuine, knowledgeable, and fun. Can't wait to go back !”
“Went here recently for the soft opening, my table got the range of offerings. Expect to linger over food, but for us, the dishes were worth the wait. The steak and tenderloin were cooked to perfection. Burger was solid. The chicken pot pie is perhaps the one odd creation on the menu, it might be better described as chicken soup and biscuts, but was still decent. Will likely be back”
“This was our first time here and will definitely be back. We went for dinner and arrived just before the happy hour cutoff...which was great! They had several cocktail specials along with $2 off shareables and $2 off drafts. I got an oatmeal stout and my wife ordered a Cold Brew Martini. Both were fantastic. For our appetizer, we ordered the buffalo chicken springrolls...which were outstanding and could serve as a stand alone meal. I ordered from the monthly specials menu and got the crab cakes. These were so delicious; they came with a potatoes has and asparagus. My wife ordered a hamburger which she said was super tasty. All in all, we will most certainly return...there is so much more on the menu that I wanted to try. I was initially going to order the shrimp and grits, but the saw the crab cakes and went that route! You wont go wrong with any thing from the menu!”
“We visited for a Birthday dinner. Had a larger party of 10 for reference. Upon walking in the place is visually appealing. Nice open atmosphere. Music was a little loud and that made it difficult to communicate with the waitress. But they did the best they could. Service was good -- drinks came quickly and accurately. We had the spinach and artichoke dip for an appetizer. The waitress brought us extra pita chips free of charge because the original amount was hardly enough to scratch the surface (see in photo). Definitely think they need to increase the amount of chips that go with that. We didn't want to ask for more so we were glad when she acknowledged we clearly needed more. I had the Ciao Bella. It was alright -- mushroom was a little tough but the flavors were good. Overall not bad and they have an interesting menu and nice outside space. Would go again but there are a few spots for improvement.”
