“Really glad we had a dinner reservation for 6. It becomes busy very quickly. Conversations can be a little tough the way noise carries in the dining spaces. Almost all of us wiped our plates clean. Attentive service.”
“This restaurant is a classic! From its ambiance to the food to the impeccable service - everything was perfect from start to finish, and the higher price level was worth it. There were 4 of us, we shared tuna tartar (mildly seasoned, on a thick avocado base), potstickers (soy, spicy, flavorful), calamari (crisp but tender). We then split 2 vegetable pastas among 4 of us, and the chef split it without us even asking and served in 4 individual plates, beautifully prepared and garnished. It's also worth mentioning the excellent quality homemade bread served with whipped butter, worth every crumb! The service was very friendly, very attentive and highly professional, they were also very accommodating allowing us to move inside from the terrace after we have already ordered, and brought our drinks and food for us. One surprising fact, given the restaurant's German village location - there was not a single German beer offered, either on tap or bottled - all beers were from the local OH brewery and we're almost as good - we tried their dark (dunkel, named Gemüt) and light lager. Highly recommend and will return when back in town.”
“A friend recommended this place, and it absolutely lived up to the hype. I went with a group of friends, and even though the restaurant was jam-packed, our reservation made all the difference—we were seated right on time with no wait. Our server, Corey, was fantastic—very friendly and knowledgeable, and he made some great recommendations. I started with the lobster bisque, which was phenomenal, and we shared a few appetizers that were just as impressive. For my main course, I had the filet mignon, and it was cooked perfectly—tender, juicy, and full of flavor. My friends ordered pasta and pork chops, and they couldn’t stop talking about how delicious everything was. What really stood out was the level of service. One of the supervisors, Lisa, came by to check on us, which added a nice personal touch. She was warm and welcoming, just like the rest of the staff. Yes, the prices are on the higher end, but the quality of the food and service makes it well worth it. I highly recommend this place, and I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the area.”
“Amazing place!! Very cute location right in the middle of neighborhoods. Service was amazing at the bar and at our table. We sat at the bar and got a drink before our dinner reservation and they had a great happy hour dine in bar area only deal going on. Drinks were very yummy. Dinner was extremely delicious!! Everything we tried was so good. It also kept well for lunch the next day. To go containers were awesome, I love little touches like that. Wine was very good. Highly recommend!!”
“Lindsey’s always came highly recommended since we moved to Columbus and we finally made it! They had complimentary valet. We made a reservation and was seated promptly. The only downside of the whole experience was where our table was located we were right next to the hostess booth so we could hear everything going on and lots of servers and hostesses just around the area made it a little less intimate of an experience. But our server Sarah was very nice! We started out with the chicken and mushroom potstickers, lobster bisque and the kale salad. Entree wise I got the seabass and overall it was good just lacked salt. My husband got the halibut. We ended off with the sundae which was HUGE! We couldn’t finish it. Can’t wait to go back and try something new!”
