From the first to the last bite, it was an absolute flavor and texture roller coaster. The food was prepared with such care, master skill, and love that every single bite felt like something extremely special. The quality and freshness of the dishes was unparalleled. The pairings were delightful. Emma, who was our server was extremely knowledgeable and described the dishes in fine detail. This experience should not be rushed and was worth every penny. As we dined at the bar where the sushi was prepared, we chatted with Mr. Nobu, his wife, and his son. We felt like home guests and not like store customers.
