“Excellent food, fresh ingredients, and beautiful presentation. The gyoza were crispy and flavorful, the salmon avocado rolls were fresh, and the rice bowl was comforting and delicious. Everything tasted homemade and carefully prepared. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the portions were generous for the price. Definitely one of the better Japanese restaurants I've visited and I'll be coming back again. Highly recommended!”

“True authentic cuisine from the food to the atmosphere it was a wonderful experience. I had the Chikara bento box and everything was delicious! The wine paired well with our meal. I also had taro ice cream that was a unique flavour profile every bite kept me wanting more. This is a must try place if you’re staying in the area. “We visited Ginko Japanese Restaurant in the Etobicoke area. Ginko specializes in traditional Japanese cuisine, with each dish thoughtfully handcrafted and prepared with care. The atmosphere instantly transports you to Japan, thanks to its authentic design and cultural elements. Our dishes arrived impressively fast, and the servers were incredibly sweet and attentive, making the overall experience even more enjoyable. We ordered their Yakitori, soft-shell crab and sashimi for the appetizers. For our rolls, we got their dynamite and rainbow rolls. We also ordered their combination dinner - sushi & tempura which comes with five nigiri sushi, spicy tuna rolls, shrimp and vegetable tempura. Overall, everything we ordered was delicious. The yakitori was juicy and full of flavour, while the soft-shell crab was perfectly crispy. The sushi rolls and sashimi were impressively fresh. However, we did notice that there was quite a bit of wasabi added to both the rolls and nigiri, which made some bites a little spicy and overwhelming.”
