“My husband and I went to Olio on a recommendation from a coworker. We shared a bottle of the Pinot Grigio which was a standard yummy bottle of white wine. For a starter we shared the crab cakes which were a great balance of warm, crisp, herb, citrus, and spice. The cakes were cooked beautifully and had a great char. We shared the Ricotta Cavatelli and Spaghetti. What a phenomenal meal. The spaghetti was beautiful, citrusy, a little spice and amazing balance. Just the right about of shrimp and perfect sauce. The Cavatelli was delicious but my husband wishes it had more meat in the sauce. I loved both dishes but my husband was surprised at how much he loved and preferred the spaghetti. We will absolutely be back! The only downside is the service was a little slow but you have plenty of time to enjoy your food and company.”

“What a little gem of a restaurant, extremely unique menu, burnt carrots and artichoke toast were tremendous paired together, the seafood risotto was incredible and the wine paired very well. The steal of the show might be the Tomato is a Fruit cocktail, dirty martini vibe mixed with subtle bloody Mary flavors, it was like nothing I've ever experienced. On top of the food and drinks the service was second to none. We will certainly be back!”

“Dang! We randomly found this spot and got a seat at the small bar area. The place is very cozy and the service was extremely pleasant. There is a really cute bartender running the show and she is wicked good at her craft. The food was very tasty, chicken Parma and a Steak dish with salad and focaccia bread. Fun experience away from the Stillwater path.”
