At One Fish Raw Bar, we are approaching a new restaurant landscape with elevated culinary offerings and a hybrid model for service. Nestled in the heart of downtown Campbell, we offer a constantly evolving menu driven by local California produce. Although seafood oriented, we cater to all patrons with a variety of seasonal offerings. Our wine, beer, sake, and other beverage selections are curated focusing on local, unique, and food-friendly pairings, that highlight and complement our culinary program. Guests can expect a casual, high-energy setting with industry-leading music , decor choices, and a staff concentrated on streamlining your dining experience. For the most immersive experience, a tasting menu will be offered at the sashimi bar, where our chefs will display their talent by crafting each dish for our guest’s viewing and tasting pleasure . All other guests will be offered a thought-provoking, family-style, shared plate format in the dining room and patio.

I had been hearing great things about @onefishrawbar and @cheftrent1 and now I understand the hype. 🤯 I ordered the Loch Duart Salmon with Salsa Macha, Green Apple Pacific Gold Reserve Oyster with Makrut Lime, Kiwi Short Rib Bao Bun with Kabiyaki, Pickles The One Fish Chowder and Blue Fin Tuna Tori (not pictured) was incredible. It’s one of those rare places where *every single bite* is umami, flavor-packed and totally craveable. 10/10 will return again and again”
