Since 2005, Pali Wine Co. has crafted expressive, small-lot wines that reflect California’s coastal vineyards. What began with a focus on Pinot Noir and Chardonnay has grown into a broader exploration of place — today, the estate vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills is planted to Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Dornfelder, Gamay, and Syrah. Guests can also enjoy wines from Neighborhood Winery, Pali’s experimental label focused on fresh, easy-drinking wines that push beyond conventional flavor profiles. All wines are handcrafted at Pali’s Lompoc-based winery under the direction of longtime winemaker Aaron Walker.
