Petit Domaine, Sparkling Winery & Estate

“What a lovely spot! While small it’s bright and modern with impeccable service. We came for a belated Mother’s Day celebration. We ran late and didn’t realize the times for last call in both the tasting and kitchen (entirely my fault) but they stayed open for us. Additionally, while I reserved for the bar seating , they offered our choice of seating due to the hour. The cauliflower tapenade and crackers were delicious as were the cheese and charcuterie. Our favorite from the tasting was the brut & blanc de blanc. We ended up getting the blancs de blanc bottle with complimentary engraving. Can’t wait to see they grow and to come back. A must try!!”

“I enjoyed checking out this new winery, very modern and simplistic design on the interior. The cheese plate and charcuterie were tasty but the salmon spread stole the show, so fresh and delicious. The wine was good our group really enjoyed the brut the best, it is dry and bubbly but not over the top. I’m curious to see how this winery grows and changes through the years but we will be back to try them again next holiday season.”

“If you age looking for an authentic sparkling wine tasting in an upscale location, you have found the place! Having gone to champagne, France, Petit Domaine gave a similar experience. The sparkling wine compared to nothing else found locally- making this place a hidden gem in Virginia. The owner invested his time conversing with the guests answering all questions and explains the passion behind his vision. They do free engraving of bottles with purchase as well! I will definitely be back and wish this winery the best of luck!”

“Galentine’s hosted by one of my long time Sistafriend’s gathered some beautiful and fun ladies together super early Saturday morning to venture to @thepetitdomaine in Hillsboro (Loudoun County) for a day of fun celebrating the love of sisterhood! The staff was very friendly and accommodating! From the door to our seats the staff were simply amazing were every need was met and orders came quickly! The space was spotless, bright, magazine cover worthy and inviting! Some of the ladies favorites were the White Truffle Oil Infused Popcorn (5/5 perfectly seasoned), Kaviari Baeri Caviar with Blinis (4.3/5 my first experience and it was good, the Crème fraìche added a brightness to the briny/nutty taste of the caviar), Duck Rillettes with Crostini (4.2/5 a savory and rich spread which paired well with the crostini). I also sampled a cauliflower based whipped dip with a pita crackers (3.8/5 an acquired taste but pretty good). A shared a toast with my Sissy over a bottle of their Brut (4.1/5) it gave elegant, refreshing and sparkling (like the sparkles remain all the way to the final sip)! If you want an exquisite experience give them a try!”

“This is Virginia’s first sparkling winery! There are only two on the east coast. This winery opened in October 2025 so it has clean/modern finishes. While the place is small, it is immaculately maintained. We sat at the bar and David was so friendly.”
