“After moving to the area last year, we were randomly told how good of a restaurant Public is while shopping in downtown Holland. After one visit, we continue to keep coming back. Their bar has a great selection for drinks, especially their espresso martini. With great drinks comes a very unique food menu. Their fried avocado rolls might be the best appetizer we've ever had from any restaurant, and their fried chicken sandwich is amazing. Being in a smaller space, the atmosphere presents a cozy feel with very friendly staff, as well as quick service for our food and drinks. We are very excited to continue to keep coming back to Public.”

“My husband and I went for a date last night. Meredith was our server. Her knowledge, customer service, and character were 10/10. Our food was fantastic. We got the Rangoon’s, the highlighted salad, the salmon, and the short rib. Every single dish was amazing and the quantity of food was excellent as well. No skimpy dishes. We were so impressed and can hardly wait to go back for another delicious meal so close to our home in Zeeland!”

The drinks were done well, the Maple Salmon I had was phenomenal, and our host Meridith was an absolute delight. My wife and I had a wonderful experience there tonight, and we can't wait to go back. “Absolutely everything about our meal at Public, in Zeeland, Michigan was perfection. My husband enjoyed the Meyer lemon Brown butter, Parmesan crusted chicken cutlet - I don’t have word’s to adequately describe the bright flavors of the dish, everything was beautifully balanced. The braised short rib is exquisitely, tender, so much so that you don’t even need to chew it - but you want to, just so you get to enjoy it longer. Make a reservation and GO! You won’t regret it ❤️”
