“The 618 exceeded our expectations. We celebrated our 3 yr anniversary and the waiter Kevin was amazing! 1. From the text we received saying their entire team has been preparing for our arrival. 2 the card and rose shaped napkin 3. Kevin was super attentive 4. The food was so good and the sticky toffee cake was the best cake I ever had in a restaurant 5. The ambiance was so chill.”

“618 is the kind of place that makes you question why you ever settle for mediocre. The vibe is modern rustic without trying too hard, the cocktail program is genuinely creative and not just using buzzwords. Service was sharp. Not hovering, not absent. Sage was our primary server and was fantastic The food is the kind that makes you stop mid-convo and dive in. Lobster tail, short rib ravioli, delish burger that looked simple and then wasn’t, Crispy truffle potatoes and a lot more Every dish landed. Also great touch, they have my pregnant wife a onesie. Nice little touch that brings personalization to the next next. Book a reservation for sure. Enjoy”

“This was not just an outstanding meal. It was an outstanding experience. Everything about this location is a draw to want to come back again and again. Beginning with drinks at the bar and the creative menu they have crafted. Then, the rotating specials and the amazing options on their standard menu. The presentation of the food is amazing as well. We were swiveling our head as each server passed us with lighted trays, sparkling desserts and even a Ferris wheel of ice cream sandwiches were taken to the tables. The staff made connections with us all along the experience - from the bartenders to the server and manager. Everyone truly seemed to care about our experience. After I dined here, I read the book, "Death By Hopsitality" which was written by the owner of the restaurant and it all came together. This restaurant demonstrated what it is like to focus on customer experience. I highly recommend this, the skirt steak, the asparagus, the chocolate decadence, the pork chop and the butter toffee cake. Everything - A+++!!!”

“I am not a frequent google reviewer but I had to get on here to speak about my phenomenal experience at 618. My boyfriend and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and from start to finish, everything about our experience was absolutely over the top. Specifically, our server, Rick was one of the best servers we’ve ever had. His recommendations were spot on, he crafted me a special cocktail based on my favorite flavors and preferences and put on a dessert cocktail presentation at the end. Not one detail was missed. The food was next level too. We started with the meatballs, I had a veal chop vodka sauce special and my boyfriend had the skirt steak. Had a Hugo spritz-inspired cocktail, as well as a pistachio martini and an espresso martini (couldn’t decide between the two so Rick gave me a mini version of each). Did not have one bad bite or sip. While on the way home, I made a reservation for our next visit. Thank you for a great experience and cannot wait to return!”

“My wife and I celebrated our 7th wedding anniversary here and we were both pleasantly surprised by the level of personal touch the restaurant and staff showed us from the very moment we checked in and wished us a happy anniversary. We then sat at the bar to have a drink while we waited for our table to be ready. The service at the bar was excellent and prompt, plus they had an ample number of bartenders to ensure everyone was attended to quickly. We were then escorted to our table and when we sat down, we noticed a card on the table with our name on it and a red rose made from a napkin. We opened the card and inside was a hand written note wishing us a happy anniversary. I've been to many restaurants where they were aware of a special occasion but never recognized it the way 618 did. 618 made it special and that was very much appreciated. We were then greeted by our waiter Kevin who was attentive and also wished us a happy anniversary. Kevin also provided menu recommendations which we followed and were blown away by how delicious everything was. From the little neck clams, to the short rib ravioli, skirt steak and the malfadine cacio e pepe, all of it had us wanting more. Kevin also recomm nded the sticky toffee cake dessert and it was fresh, decadent and we devoured it.. lol. To wrap up our night, Kevin brought us champagne for an anniversary toast, once again a level of recognition and personalization I never seen anywhere. This is also the first restaurant I've taken this much time to review and 618 truly deserved it. Keep doing what you're doing 618 and we will be back again!!! One last thing, Kevin metionioned 618' sister retaurant Mezcal, which the wife and I have heard of but have yet to visit and we're defintly intrigued because if it's anything like 618's food and service, it will also be another top-rated restaurant for me.
