Inspired by the finest traditions of Japanese bar craft and the mystique of the American speakeasy, we offer an intimate setting for slow, intentional drinking. Our handcrafted cocktails—guided by the Slow Drinks movement—explore the meeting point of Japanese flavors and American terroir, creating experiences that are both timeless and distinctly of this place. Reservations must be confirmed via OpenTable or SMS to be held. This helps us accommodate walk-ins and avoid unnecessary cancellation fees. Unconfirmed reservations may be released to our waitlist. Late cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are subject to a $20 per person fee. House Rules: - All guests must be 21+.
