Whether it was the delicate seafood preparations, the beautifully executed proteins, or the imaginative desserts, each plate showcased exceptional attention to detail. The presentation was stunning without feeling gimmicky, and the intimate chef’s counter atmosphere allowed guests to appreciate the craftsmanship behind every course. Service was warm, knowledgeable, and perfectly paced, striking that rare balance between professionalism and genuine hospitality. Denver has no shortage of excellent restaurants, but Beckon operates on a different level. An unforgettable evening of creativity, precision, and remarkable flavor. Easily one of the finest dining experiences we’ve had and a destination worthy of national recognition. Highly recommended.”

“It's difficult for me to express what an amazing experience I had here, but I'll try my best. I knew it was off to a good start when I saw the wine list was 22 pages long! The rock fish was amazing and the champagne matched it perfectly. I usually save a couple pieces of bread for a good sauce later to dip it in, but not tonight. The wagyus sourdough was too good to save! The egg custard was like nothing I've ever had, truly exquisite. The cherry flavoured cocktail matched the duck, lamb and wagyu beautifully. Cherry and red meat is one of my favorite matchings. The wagyu was one of the best tasting meats I have ever had in my life. Finally the flan and truffle topped it all off perfectly.”

“Beckon is a one of a kind dining experience that completely blew me out of the water. I’m usually a very picky eater and I had some initial reservations about the tasting menu, but course after course I was pleasantly surprised. Every dish was amazing and the pairings enhanced that even further. The ingredients come from their farm up in Boulder, which means the menu changes every season and the pairings were all unique. I questioned how each drink would complement the dish, and every time without fail Beckon proved they know what they’re doing. I highly highly recommend experiencing Beckon if you get the chance, especially with their pairings.”

“We had a really nice time at Beckon - the food, service, and atmosphere were all lovely. We loved the cozy and intimate space. Being able to see the chefs put together the dishes made it feel like such an experience! We had the cocktail accompaniment and that really elevated the experience and made it fun. The cocktails were unique and were paired well with the dishes.”

“A really stellar experience for our early Valentines celebration. The winter menu was a wonderful selection of fish, red meat, vegetables and warm nourishing broths that felt perfectly paced and thoughtfully presented. We opted for the A5 supplement and wine pairing, both of which were excellent and really elevated the meal. They also have a superb rotating wine by the glass list, I chose to add on a glass of ‘96 Grenache that was a fantastic finish to the meal. Overall this was our favorite Michelin star restaurant in the Denver metro region - highly recommend and would return. Thank you Chef Holmes and the entire team.”
