“This was my first time being able to experience a Michelin Star restaurant, let alone 2 stars that the Wolf’s Tailor has. The had a cultivated menu that celebrates the people that make the food in front of the guest become the highlight of the story: the farmer, the distributors, the drivers, and much much more. The nod to the entire industry and bringing light to how the food made it co be in front of the guest was a welcomed highlight. I missed a few courses for the pictures but I hope the intentionality and the care for each dish shows through. The flavors and delicate nature of the plates required a slower approach to take note of the textures, smells, and tasting notes. The wasabi dessert was wild and inventive. What also stood out was the exceptional service. Everyone greeted you, no moment was wasted to refill, pre-bus, clean, reset, great, or offer. This was truly a pampered experience. Grateful to have been able to enjoy this what I can’t even describe as a meal, but an experience.”
“Very much worth a visit. A polished restaurant between service, ambience and food. An Expensive night out, but worth the experience. The wagon is exceptional. The duck was good, but not to the same level as the Wagu. The various dishes are excellent and well done. Fresh food prepared exceptionally well”
“I know I can never really explain how much fun we had, or the amazing experience of this place. We went to celebrate 2 birthdays and a new job for our son. We were greeted at the door by 3 people, welcoming us to our celebration - and every moment thereafter was even more special. Our server Andrew was truly the best and our sommelier Conner picked out an amazing wine and explained it to us perfectly. I cant say enough about the food and the experience - but everything about our night was truly an "experience". The intention behind every course and bite was evident....down to each utencil and serving dish. This was our first 2-star resturant, and it met every expectation. We will definitely return for another seasons menu! Thank you everyone for making our night magical.”
“This is all I wanted for Christmas and it did NOT disappoint!! I was gifted a reservation for January and I was so excited. I'll be honest, reading reviews the days leading up to our dinner, I was second guessing my choice based on all the low star reviews (many of which claimed they dined months prior... Uh strange). I'm glad I ignored that entirely. I don't know where these people are from and what their expectation was, but they're out of their minds and should get out more!!! (Or maybe just stay home haha)... I have dined at multiple Michelin Star restaurants, and this was by far one of the better experiences. Service was extraordinary. So pleasant and kind upon arrival, seated promptly, took our jackets, explained the story behind the restaurant and evening's courses, water topped off non-stop, every course and every drink explained, multiple staff members involved throughout the meal with one main server, courses were well timed, literally nothing went wrong, absolute perfection. Meal itself was delightful. Even my dinner companion who is a bit picky was so happy. We did the mixed drink pairing, which to be clear contains different types of drinks, not just liquor. They were all lovely and unique. Wagyu was absolutely worth every penny to upgrade (do it!!), starter course was a great intro, caviar and little masa blinidls were divine, scallop was artistic and delicate, lobster and the split filled pasta were beautiful and masterful, I would commit crimes for that bread!! All the meat courses were exceptional. I'm not a big sweets person and I ate every bite, so balanced! Upon completion, received the menu walkthrough, which might be nice to have ahead, but the surprise of each course was nice too. We were thanked, they even saw the confusion on my friend's face because they couldn't remember if we were charged at time of reservation and ran over knowingly sensing their confusion to explain it is just held not charged. Waited for us at the door with jackets. Literally every moment sensed, planned, and managed beautifully. All in all an absolutely fabulous evening. Thank you so much for a beyond wonderful experience and meal!!”
“Coming from the Midwest, we have never had the experience at a Michelin star restaurant. Let alone two stars. The staff were great and very knowledgeable and accommodating. They explained each dish, each drink represented to you. That was wonderful. The unfortunate thing I can say is the food. While my partner loved the dishes I differed. I had two dishes that put a slight wow, it’s good. It is nothing I’d write my mama home to saying go. With the very expensive bill, plus adding the wagu (which I don’t recommend) waste of money. I don’t know what person gave this a two Michelin star. I don’t write reviews but I feel the need in this case. Just my two cents.”
