“I never review places but had to come here to say the food i had was AMAZING. Firstly the restaurant was so gorgeous, id pay for the atmosphere alone, but it wasnt just the atmosphere. I ordered the buttermilk pancakes with chicken and bacon and maple sauce. May honestly be the best thing ive ever eaten. Dont know if ill ever be back in London, I came over from ireland, but if i am, I am 1000% coming back here!”
“We stopped in here twice on our trip. Really beautiful spot in the good weather. The outdoor seating was top tier. We stopped in on a Thursday night for some starters and cocktails/mocktails. Really great selection of both. We also popped in on Friday morning for their £5 pancakes. We were served by Dana who was absolutely super. She made sure we were sorted out super fast and we were never without a drink. Would 100% recommend”
“I visited Bill’s for a pre-theatre meal and was genuinely impressed. The food was exceptional—so much so that I ended up re-ordering an additional dish because I didn’t want to miss out. Every plate was thoughtfully prepared and full of flavour. What really elevated the experience, though, was the service. The staff were absolutely superb—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout. A special mention goes to Dana, who guided us through our lunch with great care and made us feel incredibly welcome. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I’ll definitely be returning.”
“My mum and I visited here for breakfast and had a really great experience. The service was excellent as it was very fast and efficient. We both ordered the Big Brunch, one regular and one fully gluten free. The gluten free option included everything except the hash browns and black pudding. They however included spinach and avocado. My mum said the sausages were the best she’s had in about 20 years! We also had tea and apple juice with our breakfast. Everything was very reasonably priced, and overall it was a lovely experience. I’d definitely recommend it.”
“This branch of Bill's was good (compared to Westfield's White City which was excellent). I don't know if it was because it was just after opening or the weekends but, our table had a very unsanitary knife which we asked to be replaced thank goodness for the kind staff for that. This image was my order, which I enjoyed. However, my mother that ordered an eggs Florentine with smashed avocado (not pictured) had the smashed avocado brought to the table rather late and it was not even fresh. Regardless, I had a good time with my meal and feom the kind service of the senior staff member. Conversely, my mother might not have had the same enjoyable experience. Hoping my next visit here will be better as it is closer compared to the Westfield White City branch. Regardless, it was an overall good breakfast experience. Thank you.”
