“Came here for a work lunch and the tapas lunch deal is amazing. The service was great for the amount of people we had and the food was amazing! Highly suggest the sliders and the octopus. They also had several bowl options that look delicious. the atmosphere was super homey and perfect for a date night or just drinks. Will definitely be going back!”
“If you are coming here with a decent sized part of people, I would highly recommend going with something from the Chef's Menu so you can try a little of everything. You'd be happy you did, and you definitely won't leave hungry. Myself and four others went here for dinner on a Sunday night and it was phenomenal! Phoebe did a fantastic job answering our questions about the menu and providing recommendations. When we all decided to do The Classics on the Chef's Menu, Phoebe made sure our wants and needs were addressed, and her and the kitchen provided the most incredible selection of tapas. If my memory serves, we received about 5 or 6 different tapas and two paellas. Then, at the end, the churros were included in the cost. Overall, the value, quality, and service were all superior and when we're in DC again, we will be back.”
“Wonderful place to have brunch. I shared a Brunch Paella with my friend and it could easily feed 3 to 4 people. The Patatas Bravas was delicious as well as the B.E.C. Everything was very flavorful and the service was friendly and fast. I'd some here to eat anytime.”
“This restaurant offers an exceptional dining Our experience at the restaurant was truly exceptional. Our server, Mauricio, skillfully guided us through a culinary journey that showcased delicate and layered flavors, diverse textures, and freshly prepared dishes. The tapas were a delightful surprise, and the paella was the star of the meal. To our delight, we finished with choros and a chocolate torta, which made for a lovely ending. We opted for the chef's menu, which might be challenging for those with a limited appetite. The portion sizes were just right, although we ended up with leftovers. Unfortunately, we couldn't give the seafood paella the attention it deserved because we were so full by that point. It was also a bit on the dry side, which could be part of the standard preparation method. My top picks are the ATún Canario (amazing new flavor) the Gambas Al Ajillo, and the Croquetas De Setas. Please refer to the marked menu for the items we ordered from the chef's menu. Mauricio demonstrated remarkable expertise in accommodating our dietary restrictions, as we don’t eat pork. We highly recommend visiting this restaurant again.”
“This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. After our food was delivered, the service completely disappeared. Our waitress avoided eye contact, never checked on us, and made no effort to provide even basic hospitality. The lack of attention felt intentional and unprofessional. The food was equally unacceptable. We ordered the paella and calamari, and both were severely overcooked—burnt to the point of being inedible and completely lacking flavor. For the prices charged, the quality was nowhere near acceptable. Tried to eat the food and give it a try didn’t even finish, didn’t take it home. Ate three scoops and said no to the rest. The restaurant itself is kept very dark, which raises the question of whether it’s meant to distract from the poor presentation of the food. Very loud, super hard to move through just to get in or out. Almost had three servers with food and drink dump in to me. Overall, this place fails on both service and quality. It is absolutely not worth the money, and I would not recommend it.”
