“Many restaurants have gone to group sharing of dishes and honestly the difference in quality from one course or serving can be drastic. Cento offerings are all incredible with perfect balance and preparation. The setting is a little understated but the food is amazing and not to be missed. Ceasar salad, superb...best ever! Corn anglotti out of this world, we doubled a second. Really impressive food and relaxing place, highly recommend for couple or groups of six.”

“*Our waitress looked like Tessa Thompson* A few friends were in town and were dying to try this spot. We get here and are immediately seated. Staff are cool and the vibe here is great. I’m not a pasta connoisseur so I get the Carbonara (Didn’t know it had pork) food starts showing up and I had to swap for the beet spaghetti with my buddy. The beet spaghetti is sweeter than the pudding lol! The Spicy Pomodoro was the best item on the menu, besides the steak tartare. This isn’t one of those I have come visit here weekly type of places. I do think this is a great date night spot. Looks fancy, staff are cool and friendly and it not expensive. The only reason I gave them four stars is because the menu didn’t say pork was included.”

“Tried Cento Bar over a birthday weekend after hearing a lot of buzz (especially from a younger crowd), and overall it was a fun, lively experience with a few things to keep in mind. The space itself has a great energy—busy, social, and clearly popular. We sat outside, which worked well with heaters, and the service throughout was genuinely excellent. They even brought out a small candle at the end for my birthday, which was a thoughtful touch. Food-wise, we shared a vegetarian salad that was fresh but quite heavy on the vinegar—good, but definitely strong. All three of us ordered the same rigatoni with chili and ricotta. The portion size was generous, but the dish leaned much more creamy than expected—the ricotta and truffle oil overpowered the spice, making it feel closer to a rich vodka-style pasta rather than something with depth or heat. One important note: there are no modifications or substitutions at all. Even something as simple as removing cheese isn’t accommodated, which can be limiting if you have dietary preferences or restrictions. The menu overall felt a bit heavy on dairy, so folks who don’t want to eat too much cream/cheese may find options limited. Drinks were nicely presented and clearly popular, but quite strong—less of a delicate, balanced cocktail situation and more of a bold pour. Depends on what you’re looking for. Ambience is definitely a highlight—it feels like a “scene,” with a mix of ages and a packed crowd. Parking is valet only, so expect to add around $12–$15. Overall - Great for atmosphere, occasions, and a lively night out—but the food (especially at this price point) could use a bit more balance, and the no-modification policy is something to be aware of before going.”

“Carbonara pasta was fantastic some of the best i have had in Los Angeles. Will definitely be back to try the rest. Pasta rating 4.5 Duck was overcooked not soft, difficult to eat. Overall I would have preferred a duck breast. The duck is 2.8 star dish. Would not recommend. Banana Tiramisu great dessert well balance not too sweet. Terrific flavors and texture. 4.2 starts Food average score 3.8 Service was okay. Nothing to rave about. Host was a guy and another girl very courteous. Value 4.00 stars for pasta and price ✨️”

“Our experience was an all right one. The host was super sweet and friendly, we loved our interaction with her. The food was as is. Nothing disappointing or extraordinary. The corn pasta was delicious and very sweet but the creamy tomato one was alright. The creamy tiramisu was definitely great though. That would be one thing I may come back for - it was wonderful. The space looks interesting. Clean and pretty but in a very mundane LA way. Parking was not too hard, we found a spot in an alley way near by and they also offer their own valet service as well.”
