Crossroads refines the Los Angeles dining scene, and is helmed by culinary trailblazer, Chef Tal Ronnen. Highlighting small plate dining with a Mediterranean influence, Crossroads features the cuisine that Ronnen is famous for; beautifully presented plant based dishes that are flavorful and innovative. “I've heard about this restaurant for many years, however I had never taken the opportunity to go there until now. The restaurant is more upscale than I imagined. It reminds me of going to an old school Hollywood eatery, the only difference is that it's vegan. My favorite dish was the Truffle mushroom Bianca pizza, followed by the grilled lions mane steak. The desserts were spectacular. We had the strawberry cheesecake and the Brownie Sundae. The service was great, and the staff were friendly. I will come back to try their brunch menu in the near future.”
“My mom, sister and I had a wonderful time together at Crossroads Kitchen. We ate outside on the cute outdoor patio, which had heaters above every table. We all ordered the linguine scallops for dinner, which we all thought was absolutely delicious! We shared the calamari fritti with Diablo sauce, which we thought was a very creative and flavorful vegan version of calamari! We then ordered the banana pudding to share for dessert, which was spectacular. We were also given a complementary brownie sundae, after stating that we came all the way from Buffalo, NY, which we thought was very thoughtful and delicious. Our waiter Terry was very kind and personable, and made great dinner + dessert recommendations. Overall, the all-vegan menu is very creative and delicious and the wait staff is very friendly! We will definitely be back next time we visit LA!”
“LOVE Crossroads. I drive up from San Diego because they are consistently the best restaurant, everything I have ordered there is delicious, I love that seasonal options change and bring newness to the menu while being able to rely on staples. Friends have commented that 'you would never know it's vegan pizza' and 'this is the best breakfast croissant I have ever had' (vegan or otherwise!). Beautiful decor, great service! The vegas location is great too! The moussaka was sooo good, cheese plate always good. I mean everything just SO good!”
“The service I received here was beyond excellent—truly one of the more unique dining experiences I’ve had. The manager was outstanding, and the atmosphere was welcoming, stylish, and added a lot to the overall experience. That said, my review is strictly about the final food product—the recipes and ultimately how the dishes tasted. I’m a strong supporter of vegan dining and feel fortunate that we have so many vegan options here in LA. For me personally, the food was average and left room for improvement. I’d rate the food itself around 3.5 out of 5 stars. I won’t compare it to other places by name, but there are other vegan spots that I personally prefer from a final outcome perspective. Still appreciative of the experience and glad places like this continue to expand vegan choices in the city.”
“The Carbonara was just okay. I was really expecting a lot more. But the sauce was wet, watery, and unseasoned. The noodles were thin and a little too hard. Didn't taste like they spent too much time in the sauce. I preferred the (spicy rigatoni) pasta my date ordered. The stuffed blossoms were great; proper ratio, texture, flavor, and stayed composed while you ate them. The cocktails were delicious and well balanced. The only thing I liked about the ceaser salad was the thinly shredded cheese on top. The fries with truffle oil had a great taste and I appreciated the fry cut. For dessert I got the banana pudding and the bananas were brown, and I was sad they tasted prepped in advance.”
