Whether you're visiting from down the block here in Tribeca or from halfway around the world, Chambers aspires to be on top of your list of favorite neighborhood restaurants. We keep it down-to-earth. We're bound to start you off with something great to drink, alcoholic or not, and maybe some snacks while you look over the menu. We went to market this morning and we're going to make some delicious home cooked food and listen to some groovy music. And we've put together an excellent collection of soulful wines, spirits, and fermented beverages that we're excited to share with you. At the end of the day, we're having a few people over for dinner. We look forward to welcoming you in.
“We had a wonderful moment at Chambers. One of our best among all the restaurants we did. The food is simple but extremely effective and perfectly executed. The wine experience is outstanding, and that's what makes the whole thing so great. The work of Pascaline Lepeltier, the wine list, the advices and the attentiveness of the team throughout the meal, very professional. We'll never forget it. Thank you !”
“Phenomenal experience at Chambers! Our bartender Philip was so kind and knowledgeable about the menu, the sommeliers John-Paul and Daniel gave us excellent recommendations. Food was incredible! Highly recommend the scallop crudo and veal sweet breads. The tile fish was divine, desserts were beyond delicious. I truly don’t think there is a wrong choice on the menu. Cannot say enough good things about our whole experience, top to bottom it was such a treat!”
“Chambers is one of those rare places that gets everything right — every single time. The space is just incredibly pleasant: great energy, perfect music level, beautifully lit without being too dark or too bright. It’s the kind of place where you immediately feel good. The wine list alone is worth the visit — incredibly sharp, deep, and very well priced. And the team really knows what they’re doing. Pascaline is outstanding, and even when she’s not there, the sommeliers are consistently excellent. Jared and the team run this place flawlessly. The food is just as impressive. The menu is short but extremely well thought out, with great products and a real sense of creativity. There are a few staples you can always rely on (the chicken, the cavatelli, the mascarpone millefeuille), but I usually try something new every time — and it’s always a win. Honestly, there’s nothing to criticize. Food, wine, atmosphere, service — it’s just a perfect restaurant. Highly recommend.”
“An excellent dining experience from start to finish. The food was delicious, and the wine list is top notch, with plenty of thoughtful pairing options. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, which made the evening feel seamless and special. We had a wonderful time and plan to return soon!”
“Chef’s counter here is a must. I had been seeing a lot of hype about this place on social media and randomly snagged a reservation not realizing what a special experience I was walking in to. We tried most of their popular dishes the hiramasa, castelfranco, farfelle, snowdance chicken, and fingerling potatoes. My favorite by far was the hiramasa but all the dishes were quite wonderful. For dessert we got the chocolate basque cheesecake. I was really impressed by how well it paired with the sweet cream on the plate (we wished there were more)! Now the wine was just incredible. To which the master sommelier, Pascaline Lepeltier, deserves all the praise in the world. She is the sweetest woman, I mean she entertained my attempt at speaking French so graciously. But seriously, she knows what is up. She truly picked out the perfect wine based on our request, which was a bottle from Domaine de la Bergerie, Sous la Tonnelle. We really enjoyed watching the magic in the kitchen and asking questions to the chef right in front of us. Unforgettable, 100% worth a visit.”
