The Wagyu filet was on another level, hands down one of the best steaks I’ve ever tasted. 🔥🥩 The service was outstanding from start to finish, and the atmosphere/vibe made the whole night even better. “We came in celebrating a recent closing with my clients, and despite my complete failure to actually secure a reservation 🤦🏼‍♀️, the manager went above and beyond to accommodate us. What could have been a stressful start turned into such an incredible experience, and I’m so grateful for the hospitality. And then there was Delila… absolutely phenomenal. She deserves an Oscar for her performance, professionalism, and encyclopedic knowledge of the menu. Truly one of those rare servers who completely elevate the entire experience. This was, without question, the best steak I’ve had in a very, very long time. Every part of the evening exceeded expectations, from the service to the food to the overall hospitality. Service and overall experience Service is excellent: staff are attentive and professional without being intrusive, striking a nice balance between friendliness and discretion. They handle parties of all sizes with ease, which makes this a strong option for everything from date night to larger group celebrations. Food, steaks, and sides Steaks are prepared perfectly, cooked exactly to order and presented in a way that matches the restaurant’s upscale feel. The menu is entirely à la carte, and sides are generously portioned and definitely shareable, so it’s wise to order a few for the table rather than one per person. Wine, drinks, and check policy The wine selection is wonderful, offering plenty of choices to pair with steak and sides at different price points. They will only split the check across up to four cards, so larger groups may want to plan payment in advance to avoid any awkwardness at the end of the meal. “Though extremely pricey, this place is a treat. From the service to the food everything was outstanding. I got the fried shrimp & pork chop. My husband got the sirloin steak. The fish cake appetizer was amazing as well as the loaded mashed potatoes, the bread and the salad.”

“I chose Charley’s Steak House for my birthday dinner, and it was an absolute 10/10 experience. From the moment you walk in, the upscale, sophisticated atmosphere tells you you’re in for a high end treat. We ordered the Filet Mignon, and you could immediately taste the signature wood fired flavor. The steaks had a gorgeous, caramelized crust from the open flame that locked in all the juices. They were incredibly tender and buttery the kind of steak that practically melts the moment you cut into it. One of us added the jumbo shrimp topper, which was succulent and paired perfectly with the rich sauce. The herb infused compound butter melting over the steak added a silky, savory depth that was just divine. For our side, the creamy corn was a standout perfectly browned and bubbly on top with a rich, sweet center that complemented the smoky beef beautifully. We finished with a birthday ice cream that was the perfect. The service was attentive and made the celebration feel truly special. I can’t wait to go back and try more of their signature dishes.
