“We went here for my husband’s birthday dinner while visiting Orlando. We both really enjoyed our dinner. Fauzi was awesome and took great care of us and even surprised us with complimentary wagyu meatball appetizer and ice cream for my husband for his birthday. That was unexpected and a nice touch. Our steaks were sooo good! I got the filet and lobster tail, and while the filet was a little undercooked for my liking, I was still able to eat it and it was really good. The lobster tail had seasoning on top that I didn’t really care for but I just scraped it off and the tail was delicious! The serve cheese bread that is a perfect combination of a little crusty on top but hot and chewy inside, and the house salad was really good with a special housemaid vinaigrette. We ordered garlic mashed potatoes as a side and they were very garlicy! We love garlic so it was fine, but just a warning if you’re not big on garlic you may want to make another choice. Also be prepared- the sides are huge! They’re really enough for 4 people so perfect for families.”

“Great experience for my first (and definitely not last) dinner at Charley’s! Our server, Brooke, was so informative and kind, and she even surprised us with a surprise congratulatory ice cream for our celebration for the evening. The bacon wrapped scallops were incredible, the wagyu tomahawk for two was excellent, and the augratin potatoes were a delicious side. If I’m being honest, the scallops were the star, but everything was amazing. No complaints whatsoever!”

“Had a wonderful dinner at Charley’s Steak House tonight. The food was outstanding, from perfectly cooked steaks to delicious sides, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. A special thank you to our waiter, Angel, who was absolutely amazing. His knowledge of both the wine list and menu was impressive, and his recommendations made the evening even more enjoyable. Great food, outstanding service, and a fantastic dining experience. Highly recommend!”

“I love how the decor is classic with wood accent. the service was amazing! We love how attentive Wayne was. We truly enjoyed all the dishes. The half shelf oysters were big and briney, the alligator bites were small and nicely fried, the baked clams had flavorful ingredients, the escargots were soft (the oils were great for dipping bread sticks) , salad was drenched in dressing but still fresh and crunchy, and the cauliflower was huge!. I think the only disappointment was the ribeye. It was full of tendon and hard when it’s supposed to be tender. The quality of the ribeye tasted low tier. We were glad the manager didn’t give us a hard time when we told her we didn’t like it. Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here!”

“I'm torn. Everything was great. Calls for 5 stars. But the price... I can't justify it still. My aged ribeye steak was perfectly cooked to medium rare donnes. Packed with flavor. Outstanding. Cognac pepper sauce was amazing. Cherry smoked old fashioned cocktail - delicious, highly recommend. Cucumber cocktail is good, but too sweet I'd say. Service is efficient and friendly, but maybe slightly too much with the upsale. Feels like timeshare sales pitch. Interior and ambiance are great. Probably would visit again for a special occasion. Otherwise it's excessively expensive”
