“Came for the hubs birthday! First time at STK. Our food was delicious! From the ribeye, sea bass and veggies! So great. Dessert was amazing! Our server Wil (w/ 1 “L” lol) was awesome! Thanks again”
“Disney Springs is a sweltering, manufactured tourist utopia. Right in the middle sits STK, a restaurant suffering a bizarre identity crisis. It desperately wants to be an exclusive, bass-thumping nightclub, yet the dining room is a wild juxtaposition: locals dressed to the nines sitting shoulder-to-shoulder with tourists sweating through bathing suits and sandals. I’d struck out on their happy hour before, leaving completely underwhelmed. But against my better judgment, I rolled the dice on a second visit. I'm glad I did. Things started rough. The free blue cheese table bread with chive oil tasted like it was liberated straight from a plastic bag. We moved on to the roughage: massive, shareable, but aggressively priced salads. While decent, skip the Caesar; the Blue Iceberg is the clear winner. Then, the tide turned. The jalapeño pickled shrimp cocktail was a sharp, pleasant surprise. Expensive, yes, but the pristine quality of the shrimp and the bright, aggressive flavors made it entirely worth the squeeze. These are also on their happy hour menu @ $9 for two shrimp. But the main event is why you’re here: a 12-ounce strip steak. In a joint this obsessed with its "vibe," you expect the meat to be an afterthought. I was dead wrong. It was phenomenal—flawlessly seasoned, cooked to absolute perfection, and easily one of the best pieces of beef I’ve eaten in recent memory. Add in a friendly, hustling waitstaff that keeps the wheels turning in a chaotic room, and you’ve got a winner. STK is an odd beast. Ignore the happy hour and commit to the dinner menu. If you can look past the bizarre atmosphere, there is some genuinely fantastic cooking happening in the back of the house. I’ll be back. Thanks!”
“Had an absolutely amazing experience at STK Steakhouse. The food was phenomenal from start to finish everything came out perfectly cooked, flavorful, and presentation was top notch. The atmosphere was energetic and upscale while still being fun and welcoming. But the real standout of the night was our server, Jefferson. Truly top tier service. He was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and made the entire experience feel personalized and smooth. You can tell he genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. Dining at Disney Springs can already be special, but Jefferson and the STK team took it to another level. Easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend asking for Jefferson if you visit. 5 stars all the way.”
“Tina our server was THE BEST!!! We came here because a friend of ours had told us that they had a veterans special for Memorial Day. We didn’t know anything about it, but Tina told us all the details and was super friendly and always there to refill our drinks or answer any questions. I ordered an old-fashioned just to see what there tasted like and it was nice and strong. my girlfriend ordered the spicy watermelon margarita and that tasted wonderful as well!! We ordered the crispy calamari and they were perfectly crispy and tender on the inside. We worry about calamari because some places have it too oily, but these were perfect. we were also given a Minnie fresh baked loaf of blue cheese, drizzled bread, and my girlfriend had it plain because she does not like blue cheese. My girlfriend just had the Lil BRG Wagyu appetizer as her entrée and they were very flavorful and cooked perfectly for her liking. I ordered the steak fruited which is a 12 ounce NY Strup. my steak was perfectly rare the way I had ordered with a very good blend of salt and pepper seasoning on the outside. It was served with a side of peppercorn sauce. I don’t usually use sauces on steak, but I wanted to try this and I’m glad I did. It was a very mild flavor that didn’t take away from the steak but just added enough to complement the flavors. Tina had recommended that I also try the Wagyu butter sauce, so I did and I’m glad she recommended it. That combined with the pepper corn sauce was fantastic We will definitely come back here again!”
“We had a very good experience here. The food was as expected for the price point. Service was excellent! The decor is odd for a steakhouse I felt like I was at a wedding venue. They have a DJ so it gets loud after 6. The Blue salad and as a chopped wedge and we enjoyed it but the flavors were not all there. The NY strip was cooked perfectly. They don’t have a children’s menu so we bout noodles and butter for the price of their Mac n cheese for our grandchildren. The short rib was an impressive presentation and a lot of food. The pot stickers were just okay. It’s a good place to go to use your Resy promotion from Amex.”
