“STK Downtown Chicago was an incredible experience! Out of the four STK locations I’ve visited, this one has been my favorite so far. The atmosphere is unmatched, the location is fantastic, and the overall vibe made for a memorable evening. A special shoutout to Bianca, our server, who was beyond perfection. She was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond with recommendations from both the food and drink menus. Her service truly elevated the entire experience and was some of the best service we’ve had in a long time. Thank you to the entire STK team for creating such a great dining experience. We can’t wait to come back!”

“Had a great time! Food was very good. Our server Christian was awesome, thank you sir! The restaurant itself seemed to have reserved too many people for the time slots. It was packed and we waited 40 minutes after our reservation time. That was the only bad point. Pack your patience. It pays off, expensively, in the end.”

“I had a really nice time.. this was my second time coming here and it didn't disappoint.. I had a birthday dinner here in July and it was the same 10 out of 10 very nice cocktail the food is great and the waiters are very nice and patient and wasn't overbearing. happy hour was great price from 3pm to 5:30pm. of course the appetizers was on the small side but they was filling and affordable.. the atmosphere was great.I would feel uncomfortable if I would have wore sneakers.. nice and casual place. Definitely looking forward to going back”

“I recently dined at STK with my husband, and our experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The level of service we received completely changed my perception of the restaurant in the best way possible. Our server, Brett, was attentive, professional, and genuinely committed to making sure we were well taken care of throughout the evening. He checked on us consistently without being intrusive and made us feel truly valued as guests. That balance of attentiveness and warmth is rare and deeply appreciated. Manager Anthony also played a huge role in elevating our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure that everything met our expectations, and his presence added a personal touch that made the evening feel even more special. It’s clear that he cares about both the guests and the overall standard of service. Dinner was just as impressive as the hospitality. The salmon was cooked perfectly, and the lobster butter melted on top took the flavor to another level — absolutely delicious. Every detail, from the food to the cleanliness of the restaurant, reflected a team that takes pride in what they do. From the moment we arrived to the final check-in at the end of our meal, we felt genuinely cared for. This is customer service at its finest. STK earns a 10 out of 10 from us. “Don't believe the hype. I rarely make a bad review, but this place deserves it. My husband and I drove 2 hours for our anniversary dinner here to experiencegood food and a good atmosphere. Although we informed the staff it was our anniversary when we made the reservation, we were stuck in a back corner by the bar, which is quite the distance away from the fun atmosphere section we were hoping to sit in. Despite the disappointment, we were still excited try the food. Unfortunately, the tray with our food was dropped, which we absolutely understand to be a normal mistake and weren't upset at all. At least, not initially. We did become upset when it took over an hour for our new tray of food to come out. In that time, we weren't given an appetizer or drinks to hold us over and we had to sit tight as we watched the other tables around us be served first and leave before we even got our food. When The food finally came, it was room temperature at best. I ordered the filet medium cooked, which was one of the driest steaks I've ever eaten. We ordered several sides, but had to take them to go because they weren't hot enough to eat. The only decent thing about the evening was the chocolate cake we took to go. After our horrible experience, not only were we not comped a single dish but none of the staff checked on us or showed any care. We're so disappointed in every aspect of our dinner from service to taste to quality. We will not be back. What a bummer!”
