“Went to dinner with a couple of friends who know their foods. They were excited to come back here. It was amazing. The flavors, the originality (sun flower seed hummus, yes please!), the plating, everything was spot on.”

“We’ve been going to Colita since 2019, and we absolutely love everything about it! The food has always been incredibly consistent, and the churros never, ever disappoint. Every time we try another restaurant, we somehow end up back at Colita afterward just for the churros—they’re that good! The bartenders are amazing, and the drinks are always creative, flavorful, and perfectly made. Colita has become one of our favorite spots, and it never fails to deliver an incredible experience.”

“Love the environment in this old gas station. A little loud but also livley. The drinks were top notch: really enjoyed the old fashioned with mescal and ake sure to try the house fermented juices, there like an adult smoothy but in a classy way. Scallops are one of their top dishes, the several sauces worked together so well and scallops were grilled perfectly. Zabutan asada had a nice smokey grill flavor but some bites were a little chewy. Could have used some more trimming. Churros are as good as they look. But I kinda wanted ice cream on the side? The moose was a little less sweet than I wanted to dip them in. I know I'm a child but that's what Churroa make me think of.”

“Small plates restaurant with delicious Mexican inspired dishes and a very pleasant ambiance in the outdoor patio. Probably in the top 5 best restaurants I’ve ever been to and definitely my favorite in Minnesota. My fiancée is celiac and I generally eat gluten free as well and this entire restaurant is 100% gf.”

“Went here for dinner with my wife. We ordered shrimp tempura tacos, pork carnita tacos, corn and the scallops. It was all real good, especially the scallops! The service was great, my only complaint is that the space is a little crowded and loud. Would recommend sitting at the bar maybe to avoid the crowded tables.”
