Emeril's Kitchen - Caesars New Orleans

“This is my second time here and I was blown away yet again. I grew up watching Emeril on TV, so I was excited to come here. Let me just say that the entire staff is phenomenal here. Everyone is SO incredibly nice and welcoming! Our server Tati T. was AMAZING! Even though they ran out of green tomatoes this time, she went above and beyond to ensure the rest of our order came out perfect. The food itself is top-notch. Everyone coming to NOLA should come here at least once! I highly recommend the fried green tomatoes, crab cakes, and bread pudding! My family and I loved every single thing we ordered both times we came here. As long as they remain open, I will always stop by here whenever I’m in NOLA!”

“Amazing experience at Emeril’s at Caesars Palace New Orleans! The fried green tomatoes were my absolute favorite… so flavorful and perfectly cooked. We also had the gumbo, a salad, and my husband ordered the shrimp pasta, and honestly everything was 12/10. The beignets were incredible and the perfect ending to the meal. Amazing food, great atmosphere, and definitely worth the visit!”

“I came to Emeril’s Kitchen to get some work done and grab lunch, because apparently I like mixing productivity with crawfish pasta, which is a very Louisiana business strategy. I arrived right before noon. The restaurant opens at 11 AM and has seating for what looked like about 100 people, but there were only a few guests there when I walked in. Since I was solo, I expected the classic “table for one in the corner” treatment, but they actually seated me in a nice comfortable booth. Respect. The oval table gave me enough room to set up my laptop, spread out a little, and pretend I wasn’t just there to eat pasta. I ordered the crawfish pasta, and it came out fast. The portion size was solid, and I’m from Louisiana, so I don’t hand out crawfish pasta compliments like participation trophies. I’d give it a 4 out of 5. It was flavorful, hot, and definitely did what it needed to do. I wanted to try the burger too, but that was the one item they were out of, which is fine, because clearly the pasta was trying to keep me focused. My server, Zamari B., was great. She got me seated, checked on me regularly, and made sure I was good without hovering like I owed the restaurant money. They serve Pepsi products, not Coke, so Coke loyalists should prepare emotionally before arrival. The music was local and played at a comfortable volume. Not too loud, not club loud, not “why am I yelling over lunch?” loud. The ambiance is really nice, with photos of Emeril, his family, and his business history throughout the restaurant. It feels polished, personal, and very on brand. Also, I’m a Caesars Rewards member, and the points conversion here was 1 to 1, which is a huge plus. Some restaurants hit you with 2 to 1 or 3 to 1 like your rewards points are Monopoly money, so I definitely appreciated that. Overall, I’d rate Emeril’s Kitchen 4 out of 5 stars. Good food, great service, nice atmosphere, and a comfortable place to eat, work, and act like you’re being productive while secretly judging the pasta like a Food Network guest judge.”

“The food here is delicious. We had the fried oysters with butter and Parmesan cheese. These were so full of flavor. We had the fried green tomatoes also which were good. For the main dish I had the red beans and rice with a fat sausage. The desserts were also great. The service though was so sloooooooow. Like really slow. Did it really matter? No really because you can’t be in hurry in NOLA but it was ridiculously long. Would I come here again probably not. I’m not into being right next to a casino when eating but it was cool to try an iconic restaurant here in NOLA.”

“The food at Emeril’s Kitchen was absolutely delicious and very flavorful. The restaurant itself is also very pleasant and has a nice atmosphere. However, the service was very disappointing. It was extremely slow, and the waitress did not seem happy to be there. She rarely came to the table to check if we needed anything, and we constantly had to call her over just to order drinks or to ask about the delay of our food, which took far too long to arrive. We were honestly surprised by the level of service, especially considering the restaurant carries the Emeril’s name. We did not expect such a poor experience in terms of service from a place associated with a brand like that.”
