“Went a few weeks ago and had SUCH an amazing time!! The cocktails and the food were fantastic. I was by myself but not forgotten by the staff. They took SUCH good care of me. Even took some sunset photos for me! The experience was amazing!”

“Note: not everything noted is in the pictures, I forgot to take photos of some of the dishes. Overall I enjoyed my experience at the Seattle Rooftop Next Level Lounge. The rooftop is gorgeous, we sat outside and it was amazing. The service was also great, the staff were super kind and helpful. The food was good but there were a couple of things I thought could’ve been done better. The lamb chops were great, probably my favorite of the meats. I personally wasn’t a fan of the yuka fries but the rest of my table said they loved them (I think it’s just a personal preference of the texture). The lobster Mac and cheese was also delicious the lobster was cooked well and the Mac was super creamy and cheesy. My only complaint was with the fillet. We asked for it medium rare if was a bit overcooked. Not the worst thing in the world, the cut is quite forgiving but still slightly frustrating. Overall my party and I enjoyed our time at the Lounge.”

“We got here late but they honored our reservation. They welcomed us with champagne and walked us to our table. The service was attentive but our table was in a high traffic area so we could feel the vibrations of all the footsteps. Although the service was good we had multiple wait staff come and check in on us- which meant a long wait for drinks and food items as the wait staff works the entire restaurant and are not assigned to one particular area or tables. We asked to be seated outside and they accommodated us, but serviced lagged. Overall it’s a nice place - food was delicious. Views are fantastic in the outside patio.”

“We had an overall great experience here. The food was amazing and definitely the highlight. We ordered the charcuterie board, filet mignon board, yuca fries, burrata with roasted tomatoes, a couple of mocktails, the chocolate molten cake, and the tres leches cake. Everything was really good. The yuca fries were different, i personally would not order them again. The burrata was on point and paired really well with the roasted tomatoes and bread. The drinks were not bad for zero alcohol. Our waitstaff were friendly. The atmosphere is beautiful and really lends itself to gathering. It feels especially geared toward groups, so it would be perfect for a night out with friends, but it also works well for a smaller outing. I went with my daughter and we still had a great time. The one issue was with the seating process. We had a reservation and asked to sit outside, we were walking towards one of the firepits when another staff member seated a walk-in group ( that came in behind us)there. It seemed like there was a lack of communication between staff, which was frustrating given that we had reserved ahead of time. It didn’t ruin the night, but it did take away from the experience. With better coordination around reservations and seating, this place would easily be a top-tier experience.”
