“Really authentic Napoli style pizzas served in a pretty much pizza only restaurant. Friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The options were varied and very tasty with loads of quality ingredients like the San Marzano tomatoes which really make the pizza. They came quickly which was perfect and left me time to sample a dessert. I would go every week if I didn’t live over 100 miles away. Bravo 👏”

“We went for my wifes birthday, table was reserved but was seated in the basement area without being asked if we had booked. Having 2 teenagers, it feels that is where you are put, and there is no atmosphere there. Worse I was sat under an airconditioning unit which was blowing all the meal. Food We ordered various pizza's, I had marinara with chorizo and sausage, as the pizza are so thin they fell apart when trying to pick up, so had to resort to eating with knife and fork. Sauce and dough was really good it is a shame that when you attempted to fold the pizza it came apart. Next issue was heat, the food was luke warm, again, probably not helped being sat under an air conditing unit. Service Initial was good, however after meal, my wife gave her thoughts, when she asked for her choice and it wasnt available ( no explanation why) when she asked for more time the server rolled his eyes at her. When she didnt take the recommendation he looked at her dissapointingly. Come on guys, its 2026 this isnt good enough. Pizza came quickly and we were not rushed. Surroundings We arrived a little before our time, not asked if we had a reservation, downstairs whilst could be seen as cosy just didnt have any atmosphere, maybe this is personal choice but wasnt to my liking. Price Price felt fair for City centre of Manchester, water brought to table, no complaints here, approx £15 per pizza. Overall, after re-reading this i have multiple issues, it wasnt terrible by any stretch of the imagination, but with all the postive reviews, our experience fell short of our expectations. 3.5 out of 5”

“The pizza here is outstanding—great portions and definitely some of the best in Manchester. However, the service experience was inconsistent. We dealt with unclean cutlery and an initial order mistake. While the staff corrected the order quickly and offered the mistake "on the house," the item was still added to our final bill, requiring further correction.My main disappointment was the inclusion of a service charge despite these mishaps. In light of the multiple errors, I expected more proactive customer service regarding the final total. Great food, but the front-of-house experience needs refinement”
