“I recently hosted a surprise birthday celebration Cibo - Manchester in private dining area, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. A huge thank you to Julia, the event manager, who was incredibly thorough, attentive, and accommodating throughout the whole planning process. From helping us customise the menu to carefully coordinating all the event details and timings for the surprise itself, she made everything feel effortless and ensured the evening ran perfectly smoothly. On the night itself, Leanne looked after us so wonderfully. She was attentive, professional, warm, and made sure everyone had everything they needed throughout the evening. The level of service she provided truly elevated the whole experience. The food, atmosphere, organisation, and hospitality were all outstanding, and my guests are still talking about what an amazing night it was. Thank you to the whole team for making such a special occasion so memorable — we couldn’t have asked for better! Grazie mille 🥰”

“I had a wonderful experience at Cibo Italian Restaurant in Manchester City Centre. The food was absolutely delicious. We were celebrating my friend’s birthday, and the staff made it extra special. I had requested a candle with the tiramisu we ordered, and they beautifully presented it with a candle on top and wished her a happy birthday as well. It was such a thoughtful touch and really made the evening memorable. A special thank you to Valentina, who looked after our table. She was incredibly kind, polite, and attentive throughout the evening. Her warm and friendly service truly enhanced our experience. She absolutely deserves recognition for her excellent hospitality! The restaurant also has a huge wine collection, which is perfect if you enjoy pairing your meal with a great selection of wines. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with great food, excellent service, and a lovely atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back! 😊”

“I recently visited Cibo Manchester, and overall I'd rate my experience 5/10 The ambience was lovely, and the interior was stunning. The waitress who served us was attentive and did a great job throughout the evening. I was also impressed by how professional and welcoming the bouncer at the entrance was. The menu offered a good variety of options, and I have to mention how clean and well-maintained the toilets were. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the rest of the experience. We ordered both the pasta and the pizza, and neither really stood out to us. They weren't terrible, but they were quite underwhelming and didn't meet our expectations, especially considering the overall setting of the restaurant. I had sparkling water with my meal. Because the food is the main reason you visit a restaurant, I'd give Cibo Manchester an overall rating of 5/10. Great ambience and service, but the food just wasn't memorable for me. Also picture taking is allowed”

“Lovely restaurant and really nice inside, but it was a bit too quiet and felt like everyone could hear your conversation. Some background music would definitely help the atmosphere. The food was okay, though I found some dishes a little bland and quite rich. A nice touch was the staff bringing out a cake for mine and my friend’s birthday. The servers were friendly and happy to answer any questions about the menu”

“Completely rushed! Ruined my daughter's 16th birthday dinner. ​We booked a table for 5 people at 5:00 PM to celebrate my daughter’s 16th birthday, expecting an upscale, premium dining experience. Instead, we were treated like a fast-food turnaround. ​We ordered a full three courses—starters, mains, and desserts—and spent over £200, yet the entire experience lasted exactly one hour. Our waiter (an elderly gentleman) constantly rushed us through the meal from start to finish, leaving us out the door by 6:00 PM. There was absolutely no hospitality, no time to breathe between courses, and zero care given to the fact that we were celebrating a milestone birthday. ​Incredibly disappointed with the service. If you are looking to enjoy a special occasion and have a relaxed, upscale meal, do not book here. They just want your money and your table cleared as fast as possible.”
