“While everyone visits Grand Central Station to admire the grandeur architecture of this American piece of NYC history and how well it is maintained and kept, you must also visit and dine at the Grand Brasserie for breakfast or brunch while your at it. The experience is 2nd to none while you marvel at the beautiful art deco Parisian interior bar and setting. It brings you back to the old world of Paris. Food is great as well. Highly recommend a visit when your here at grand central terminal while in New York City. We order from the set menu and also the french toast. Fabulous 👌”

“Grand Central Terminal is an icon. It deserves a signature restraurant. Grand Brasserie evoked the memory of our experience at Le Train Bleu at Gare de Lyon. We waited at the bar and enjoyed a pre-prandial and some conversation with the bar tenders. Once seated in our booth in the main dining room, the options on the menu do not disappoint. We enjoyed lobster rolls, avocado toast and a Wagyu French dip (all agreed the dip was the star!). Our mocktails were sweet. Our server was attentive without being overbearing. Our weekend visit found the space lively but easy to converse. Reservations were abundant. The environment is stunning aided by GCTs Vanderbuilt Hall's soaring architecture and Edison chandeliers. Restrooms are hotel quality appointed and clean. New highly recommended this establishment.”

“Got a quick bite before or train last night and got the lobster roll and their special for MDW which was the spicy chicken sandwich. The sandwich was delicious using chicken thigh over breast making it so juicy. We were able to walk in at 7pm on a Friday. We were in and out within 45 mins in order to catch our train on time. Our server we great and attentive. Also just a lovely atmosphere and gorgeous decor.”

“Grand Brasserie at Grand Central is one of those rare spots that actually lives up to its setting. The atmosphere is incredible—buzzing with energy but still polished, with that classic New York charm that makes you want to linger a little longer.
The drinks were a standout. The cocktail menu is creative without being over-the-top, and everything we tried was perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. It’s the kind of place where you can easily settle in for a few rounds and enjoy the vibe.
Service was smooth and attentive, even with how busy it gets, which really adds to the overall experience. Whether you’re meeting friends, grabbing a pre-train drink, or just soaking in the Grand Central magic, Grand Brasserie delivers. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.”

“What a beautiful, classy and traditional decor with a gorgeous bar and backroom! It is a timeless beauty with spacious seating. They have the traditional brasserie food like steak frites, moules frites, sandwiches, salads, etc. They also have a great 3 course lunch special for $35. We went there for a quick bite after an event. So we only had their guruye omelette and eggs benedicts with ham (& a beer) which were creamy, soft and flavorful. We will go back to try more menu items.”
