July reservations available Sunday, 6/21 @ 6pm ET. We are fully committed for June reservations. Please add your name to Notify Me for any openings. Her Place is kind of like a restaurant but kind of like a dinner party. The menu changes triweekly, sometimes daily, sometimes a la minute. Imagine showing up to your mom's friend's house for dinner and just eating whatever she makes -- it's a little like that. The food leans French and Italian with some Jewish touches swirled in. We offer two seatings of 26 guests Monday - Friday, at 6pm and 8:30pm. Our maximum reservation is for 6 guests. We have wine and cocktails!!
“Finally scored a seat at Her Place Supper Club — one of the most coveted tasting menus and one of the hardest reservations to land. With just 26 seats, it’s no surprise that booking a table feels like winning the lottery. After earning its first Michelin star last year, the hype is absolutely real. Every course was thoughtful, beautifully executed, and served to perfection — the kind of dinner where you slow down and savor every bite. Chef Amanda, Lauren, and Danielle were all incredibly sweet and lovely, taking the time to introduce every single plate and chat with guests, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. The entire staff was warm, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. And that Rabbit Pie… hands down my perfect bite of the night. Rich, comforting, and packed with flavor. One of those unforgettable meals you keep thinking about long after the last course. ✨🍽️”
“Totally deserving of their Michelin star. While not fully blown away by every dish, every bite was amazing and complex. The creativity and depth of the menu is truly stunning. It is impressive to recreate a menu every few weeks that cooperates so well with local farms. The staff was also very pleasant and checked in regularly. A must go!”
“It was an unforgettable dinner. The moment I stepped inside, I felt as if I had been invited to a close friend’s or family member’s home for a warm, intimate meal. The space is small, cozy, and wonderfully personal. The two chefs prepared and served each course with perfect timing, offering fresh, beautifully crafted dishes one after another without a single moment of dullness. It was a joy not only to taste the food but also to watch the careful, thoughtful preparation behind every plate. The flavors were excellent, the progression of courses felt seamless, and I left with that perfect feeling of satisfied fullness. There is no doubt that this restaurant fully deserves its Michelin one-star rating. A truly memorable dining experience. The only thing I found disappointing was that, although I mentioned it was our wedding anniversary when making the reservation, nothing was acknowledged at all. The staff’s prepared guests’ birthday cakes, special party hats, cards and even a moment where the lights were turned off so everyone in the room could celebrate together. In contrast, our table didn’t receive even a simple mention of our anniversary.”
“To start with let’s say this is a very unique approach, and I appreciate both their seasonal choices and connection with the local providers of ingredients. I was super excited to eat here and it all started wonderfully during the cocktail gathering part of the evening with some really delicious hors d'oeuvres (especially the little fish bites and also the lobster ones). However, upon being seated for the meal, I was unfortunately quite disappointed during the first half of the evening as none of the first few courses were pleasant at all. I’m not a fan of socca, preferring the panisse from the Marseille region to this Niçoise approach of preparing chickpea batter and the brandade topping lacked flavor. The worst of the first few courses was the asparagus niçoise which ended up just being a vinegary mess. Speaking with some others afterwards they also agreed that that was the low point of the meal. The bone marrow with fava beans was rather oily as was the lovage leek sausage dish. Luckily, it improved for the second half with the ravioli, the pork chops, as well as the dessert being quite delicious. But that was a couple of untasty dishes too much for me to have been satisfied with the overall experience.”
“Nothing is too bad here, but nothing is impressive either. I liked the quail, which was nicely cooked. I liked the savory soufflé—very nice execution. Overall, it is a cute thoughtful tasting menu, being a nice addition to the Philly dining scenes. What disappointed us is that we ordered add-ons, but the waitress missed it for whatever reason, and didn’t care to find out how or apologize. The group lecture before the courses was a bit too long and I didn’t really know which is which before I really get to see the dishes. It was okay, but not an impressive Michelin star. We wanted to try her place for long time, and it was hard to get in after they were awarded the star. I was underwhelmed.”
