“Compliments to the chefs on this fantastic experience. First you must know that these reservations go QUICK so you'll have to plan a bit in advance. I would say it's definitely worth the wait. The staff was very friendly and professional as we were welcomed and taking care of us throughout. As with some fine dining experiences, their model is small portions but with the dinner being eight courses I thought this was pretty perfect. I very much enjoyed each dish! Also their chefs describing each dish they bring out is a nice touch on the experience. I don't know think you come across an experience like this very commonly in Northwest Arkansas so I highly recommend if you're able.”
“We celebrated my birthday at Heirloom with a party of five, and it turned into one of those evenings you wish you could relive. Every dish felt thoughtful and beautifully executed. The flavors unfolded on my palate like a bell curve, beginning light and inviting, building into bold richness, then finishing smooth with a depth that lingered just long enough to make each bite memorable. You can tell the kitchen truly cares about the experience they create. The pace of the evening felt relaxed and intentional, which made the celebration even more meaningful. Sharing food like this with people you love just hits differently. Thank you, Chef Jason and Danielle, for your outstanding hospitality and for making the night feel so special. If you are looking for more than a meal, something memorable and worth savoring, Heirloom at 1907 delivers.”
“Just wow!!! I've been wanting to visit this location for so long and was finally able to get a reservation the same week as my birthday. It was top notch from beginning to end. The food and the creativity of the menu was phenomenal. Made me feel very special for my birthday! 10 out of 10 can't wait to go again 😊😊”
“I’ve traveled all over the world and dined at some incredible Michelin-rated restaurants, but honestly, I enjoyed this food and experience more than any of them. The food is absolutely incredible. Every bite feels intentional, is memorable, and such a journey. It’s clear that the owners and chef pour their hearts and souls into creating an unforgettable experience for their guests. It can be hard to get on the waitlist, but this is an absolute must if you are ever in the NWA area.”
“We finally got to try Heirloom at 1907 after waiting ages for a reservation, and it was totally worth it. This tiny restaurant (only 20 seats!) is a real gem. The 8-course tasting menu was incredible - every dish was expertly made with super fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. What really stood out was the attention to detail. The chef salts each component at every step, which brings out the flavors in a big way. The pork loin and their take on chips and dip were highlights for me. This isn't your average restaurant experience - it's more like a culinary adventure. The staff is top-notch, and the chef comes out to explain each dish, which is a nice touch. The open kitchen is also really cool - you get to see the chef in action. Overall, Heirloom at 1907 is a must-try for foodies. We felt lucky to have experienced it, and I'm sure you will too.”
