“I came here for a lunch date with a girlfriend on a Saturday afternoon. We arrived without a reservation and were seated fairly quickly. However, I do recommend making a reservation because the restaurant is quite small with limited seating. After we were seated, our server went over the time limit, order limit, and house rules. She was friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout our meal. Lychee martini with tequila instead of vodka… yum! I’ve been to a lot of AYCE sushi places, and after today’s visit, I think JingHe has moved to the top of my list. They even offer chu toro, although it’s limited to four pieces per person. The rice to fish ratio was perf! The rice was cooked and seasoned beautifully, and the fish tasted fresh and was cut nicely. Oh, and ask for the pickled wasabi…SO GOOD! I’m still thinking about this meal. I will definitely be coming back! Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Ambiance: 4/5”

“Absolutely love this place! Tonight we went with my brother and tried a fantastic variety of sushi, nigiri, and sashimi and many appetizers too. Every single piece was outstanding. Tin was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the menu and making great recommendations. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. (If you’re visiting on a weekend make sure to reserve your table beforehand! )”

“7.5/10. Jap Buffet!! Ate my fill and then some. Sashimi was fresh and there were some limits, seethe menu, but it was so yummy. The scallops, bluefin tuna and unagi were great! The rice was pretty decent too Loud, Crowded and busy though. The chefs are like absolute machines. Make bookings in advance. It’s super full. Great value for money, 90 min time limit, good service, yummy raw food. Am coming back here to pig out one day, or more…”

“Recently dined at Jinghe Japanese Restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The ambiance is calm, clean, and inviting — perfect for both a relaxed dinner and a casual get-together. The sushi was incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The rolls were well balanced. Next time I'll skip the suimais and crispy rice sushis altogether and instead have more of the maki tuna and maki salmon. The service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The staff made sure everything was just right and were happy to offer recommendations.”

“Definitely the best AYCE sushi in Dallas. Quality was very good and their side dishes were also great. The spicy cucumber specifically is really good. The price point is steeper but the quality compensates. The major downside was the service. They state a 90 minute order policy. I went with my family and after we finished our second round at the 45 minute mark, we were told that the third order would be our last call. Which clearly makes no sense as we have 45 minutes of eating left. After speaking to our waiter we were told we could squeeze in a 4th if we ate quickly. This similar interaction happened another time when I went with my girlfriend, and we were told the same thing with 30+ minutes of our service left. The service could really be a lot better, I didn't enjoy being pressured through my meal especially when we weren't even near the time limit. Overall the food is great, the service however definitely needs to improve.”
