“Celebrated our girl for her birthday here and it was also our first time here. To say our experience was perfect is actually an understatement. Their service and their food was amazing. Our waiter was Farshid J he was a perfect waiter, very attentive, very informative, and sweet! Ashlen was also a joy to be around she recommend my new favorite forever drink. If you do anything right in life, it’ll be stopping by here and grabbing a drink and a bite. The staff alone made it worth the experience.”

“This was a great first meal in LA while on vacation! Betsy was amazing, clean, clear communication, fun, and helpful! + GREAT drinks! We loved the low alcohol coconut smash! + customer service from all the waiters and waitresses (just want to be specific that the hostesses were kind of chit-chatty, and not to customers lol they were talking to each other and when my table was ready they called me Alan? Lol) + good ambiance, music, vibes + high quality food + I appreciated that all servers help out as needed instead of the traditional 1 server to 1 table. - very pricy. My lobster spaghetti was 90% spaghetti 5% tomatoes 3% lobster and 2% shrimp lol - hostesses as mentioned above”

“Joey DTLA never disappoints. The GM, Clayton, is so warm and welcoming. You see him all over the restaurant helping with whatever needs to be done and greeting guests seamlessly. The wait staff is phenomenal, Tyra was fantastic today and everyone we have had in the past has also been top tier. The food is always amazing and beautifully presented. Highly Recommend!”

“A little late on my review, but I gotta leave one as promised. Went here last month with my best friend to celebrate both of our birthdays, and I am so glad that we did! The service that we received from the second that we walked in was personable and top tier. Tiffany took care of us the entire night, and she wasn’t even our server, but she might as well have been. My friend and I told her that her personality could take her places that could open bigger doors for her, and I think that it truly made her night. Ashlynn was amazing as well…incredible manager and very attentive to the atmosphere of the restaurant! We were having such a great time that we could stayed there all night. Joey just has a vibe that is hard to describe. We pre-ordered the tomahawk steak, medium, and at first it came out medium well. My friend wasn’t too picky since he likes well done steaks, but I told him that you shouldn’t have to chew through your steak like beef jerky! Tiffany came over, saw the problem immediately once she took one look at the color of the steak, and made it right no questions asked. Not only did they bring us a new steak that was done as requested, but they brought out our sides again as well, and they gave us two shots of some of their best tequila on the house!! The chef even came out with Ashlynn and Tiffany to check to see if the steak was to our liking once it was brought to the table. One of the BEST birthday dinners that I’ve ever had. If not the best!! Give Tiffany and Ashlynn what they deserve because they deserve it. Thank you 🙏🏾”

“We had a great meal at Joey DTLA tonight before heading to the Lakers game. Their happy hour is great so we got our favorite apps then shared the fish & shrimp tacos & burger. I think the burger is one of my favorite burgers. Our server Chase was awesome, too! Definitely love coming here whenever we are in DTLA.”
