“Our server Alex was so attentive. We went for Brunch and She made great recommendations. We ate so much food and everything was amazing. We had the bacon and egg risotto, the tuna tartare, the chicken and waffles, the chicken parmesan, oysters on the half shell and the spritzer tree. Jose picked up our plates and gave us fresh utensils before we even asked. I highly recommend this place for brunch. We visited the Lavo in Singapore and this location had better food, service, and ambiance. We will eat here every time we visit Las Vegas.”
“Another great dinner in vegas. We sat at the bar and the service was excellent. Great cocktails really attentive Bartender… I had probably the best chicken marsala of my life. Everything else was great as well. We will definitely be back next time we stay at the Venetian.”
“Five stars for LAVO Italian Restaurant! Our waitress Asia was absolutely fantastic! Restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere, amazing energy, incredible food, and service that made the entire night feel extra special. Every dish we ordered was crazy delicious and sooooo flavorful. The whole restaurant has such a fun, upscale vibe that makes you want to stay longer! One of our favorite dinner spots now in Las Vegas and definitely worth the visit.”
“The weekend brunch offers a thoughtful variation on the traditional format. Priced at $65 per person, it allows guests to order freely from the standard menu (with modest upcharges on a few select items), creating a flexible and satisfying dining experience. Our party of four appreciated the opportunity to sample a wide range of dishes. With a reservation, we were seated promptly, and service throughout the meal was consistently attentive and professional. Standout items included the oysters, which were exceptionally fresh, as well as the tuna tartare and salmon crudo—both well-prepared and flavorful. The mushroom omelet, served with roasted potatoes, was solid though fairly standard. In contrast, the eggs Benedict was excellent and a clear highlight. The avocado toast and chicken and waffles (a single waffle topped with fried chicken) were both very good. Some items were less memorable. The sausage side was adequate but unremarkable, and while the baked eggs with lobster had abundant lobster, the dish was quite liquid and would have benefited from an accompanying starch such as rice or couscous. The blueberry pancakes were outstanding. We also sampled four desserts, with the tiramisu and the chocolate cake layered with peanut butter mascarpone standing out as particular highlights. Overall, this is one of the better brunch offerings in Las Vegas—well-executed, with strong service and enough variety to justify a return visit.”
“LAVO had an incredible waitress and knowledgeable staff. They answered all of my tables questions, gave us a few samples of wine to try, and were speedy. I ordered the branzino per the waitress' recommendation. It was delicious. There were lots of tiny bones that made it hard to eat, but the flavor was there. Our entire table had a great meal and we will be back.”
