“Went for a business lunch. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for traveling in and out of Liverpool street as well with it being a under 5 minute walk away. Food was brilliant and would definitely recommend. Has the bread and pitta toast start followed by the seafood ravioli. Both were excellent! Would recommend and will definitely come back!”
“The food was very nice. The fried aubergine was delicious and the broccoli. I didn’t like my calamari main but I ordered the wrong thing for me it was very nicely done.. service was very good and attentive and I thought it was reasonably priced. The only oddity was the background music which was very Friday night kiss fm club music. As a millennial ex-raver turned mid 30s corporate person I quite enjoyed a bit of drum and bass in the background to my work lunch but I’m not sure it’s the right vibe for the city on a Thursday lunchtime where you are doing mainly work lunches? Would go back though”
“A cosy and pleasant atmosphere, with friendly staff who pay attention to every detail, making you feel great about being there. However, what is truly special is the food. The authentic menu clearly reflects the chef's experiences and adventures, combining ingredients from all over the world to create dishes that are true explosions of flavour—not something you can find just anywhere. The care taken with the presentation also makes the whole experience unforgettable. Every bite will leave you speechless. I will keep coming back and can't wait to be surprised by next season's menu. Definitely one of my favourite restaurants in London.”
“Had an amazing lunch here.. Working next door to this lovely cafe/ restaurant and we were really pleased to see it reopen after lockdown!! With the reopening of indoor dining we took advantage and had a nice lunch here and it was delicious We shared a few dishes which were very good - a fab selection of tasty freshly prepared dips with freshly baked potato bread. The buttermilk chicken was so tender and was served with crispy kale. The most delicious beetroot salad was available as a side order! A complimentary welcome drink for all guests was the perfect gesture and it was a very nice aperitif! Delicious food Friendly staff Beautifully decorated interior Reasonable price Highly recommended!”
“Had dinner with work colleagues. I would say it's ok. The food wasn't bad but it was a mixed bag, the steak was good but had an interesting butter in it and nothing encouraging me to return. The risotto looked more like soup but tasted ok. The pasta was a relatively small portion. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere pleasant and inviting, and the wine good. Don't regret going, but equally not eager to return.”
