“Norma’s absolutely understood the assignment. We rolled in hungry, left questioning why we don’t eat here every week. If you’re even remotely indecisive (or just enjoy a little culinary trust fall), let your server pick for you. Zero regrets. Every recommendation was ridiculously good. Our waiter was the perfect mix of friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about the menu—exactly the kind of person you want guiding your dinner decisions. The entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in, and the service was honestly impeccable without ever feeling stuffy. The drinks? Dangerously delicious. The kind that make you casually say, “Let’s just have one more.” And the real MVP move? They even made a special dish for our ridiculously picky 12-year-old, who actually cleaned the plate. If you can impress a preteen, you’ve unlocked a level of hospitality that’s basically mythical. 10/10. Great food, great people, zero pretentiousness, all the vibes. We’ll definitely be back.”

“Wooooooowww this place truly isn’t getting enough love!!! We celebrated a friend’s bday here and the service and food were truly unforgettable! Austin, Malik and our waitress were extremely attentive and helpful. We even got to decorate our table to the theme and they accommodated us 🥹 now the food… they will be seeing me in the next 30 days because babyyyy it was too good. Everything we ordered had a unique blend of flavors. GET THE MISO CORN RAVIOLI… so good we had to order more!”

“I visited Norman’s in Dallas last night, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Every dish we tried was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent,attentive, friendly, and made the whole evening even more enjoyable. We ordered the Oh’ Godzilla and Hamachi hand rolls, both of which were fresh and packed with flavor. Id definitely recommend the Oh' Godzilla out of the two. We also had the Vannamei shrimp skewers, which were perfectly cooked and added another great option to the table. My favorite dish of the night was the corn and miso ravioli—it was incredibly good and something I’d definitely go back for. My friend ordered the Udon Carbonara, which was good but wouldn't recommend getting it. Even though there was a bit of a wait, the restaurant made up for it by bringing us a hummus appetizer on the house, which was a really nice touch and showed great hospitality. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience, and I’d highly recommend Norman’s if you’re in Dallas and looking for great food and top-notch service.”

“Maddie and Josephine were absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable and super friendly. Anytime staff brought food to our table they described it in great detail which I loved. The atmosphere is wonderful, service is 10/10 and the food is outrageously good. Highly recommend the miso cod, oh Godzilla, bluefin nigiri with foie gras, and the duck meatballs. Everything we had was delicious and I can’t wait to come back!”

“Everything was outstanding. The menu had a lot of unique, interesting dishes — none of which initially sounded appealing to me — but I was so pleasantly surprised. The udon carbonara and the Romano beans were my favorites. The gem lettuce salad with the ginger dressing was delicious too. Our waitress was super nice and attentive. Great vibes, great food. Definitely a must-try while in Dallas.”
