Ospi Montecito

“I went to Opsi for brunch and loved it! The restaurant is in a beautiful part of Montecito with free parking and nice views. The food is fresh and flavorful, I had the Italian country breakfast and also enjoyed the Aperol spritz.”

“What a vibe! My friend and I came here for late lunch. There’s lots of outdoor seating with heaters for cooler evenings. The bar area indoors looks fun for an evening cocktail. We shared some salads and the funghi pizza. The hype is real, the salads were deciduous!!! The kale was shredded very thin and small so it was easy to eat. It had just the right amount of dressing. For the arugula cucumber and chicken salad I swapped the chicken for grilled salmon, which our waitress Amanda suggested. Excellent option! I took half home, because it was such a generous portion. The thin eggplant crisps were a tasty crunchy addition to the salad. Nice variety of mushrooms on the pizza. If you don’t like smoked flavors, I would not recommend this as the cheese has a smoky flavor. The crust was thin and very unique, I really liked it a lot. Definitely recommend any of the pizzas if you like thin crust. Our waitress did not check in once we received our food. Other than that, everything was fine. I would recommend eating here for lunch or dinner. It was not too noisy outdoors, even though it is close to the freeway and main road.”

“Definite 5 stars. Food, service, ambiance, everything was great. Staff was not pretentious as can happen in this area from my understanding. Pasta was fresh (clearly homemade) service was fast and friendly, and the fire pit outside was lovely to have a drink by as we waited for our table, just a great experience overall. We had a couple of apps, the pizza, a couple of appetizers, chicken parm (big serving),pasta W/vodka sauce. I would have expected this restaurant to be booked just like the others ones in the area but surprisingly it was not and we are happy this is where we ended up tonight. Bathrooms also super clean and comfortable. Will definitely be back.”

“We had a wonderful experience at the OSPI. Exquisite food & high class. The booths were higher than normal & very comfortable and the setting was very great and a huge circular bar in the center with a lot of chandelier lights above and the food was really great!...lots of fresh ingredients. You can tell that the chefs really put all their hearts into it. The food presentation was wonderful. The staff was great. All smiles & very kind with great service. You gotta check it out, Ospi!”

“I had a great experience here at Ospi on opening day. I originally made a reservation for myself, but once I stepped inside the restaurant the beautiful bar was tempting me to park myself there. I love the vibrant green glass top! I started with the Lusty Martini, which is made with passion fruit. It was so good!! Highly recommend this cocktail if you love passion fruit like me. For food, I ordered the spicy vodka rigatoni and added two meatballs. Hands down thee best spicy rigatoni and meatballs I’ve ever had! The vodka sauce is exactly what I’ve been looking for in a sauce. Creamy, rich, spicy and full of flavor. I’m so glad I added the meatballs too! They were well seasoned and delicious. I opted for one more drink and tried the Bellezza. I think it was similar to a margarita, and also enjoyable. Overall, the customer service was great and I’m looking forward to going back to explore more from the menu.”
