PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING WE ONLY OFFER AN OMAKASE PRE-FIXED MENU We put all our heart and soul into a creative and unique experience. Our Omakase is a pre-fixed menu based on raw fish and shellfish. All ingredients come from Japan, prepared with Japanese techniques and elements. Our Omakase is a fine dining, intimate experience, prepared in front of our guests to highlight the integrity of our dishes. DIETARY RESTRICTIONS must be communicated in advance through TEXT MESSAGE. Please note that we are unable to substitute for no-shellfish, raw fish, meat, gluten or dairy. 2-Hour Dinner Omakase — $350 per Guest *Beverages, tax, and service charge are additional.* Rebel Omakase offers an intimate, chef-curated tasting experience featuring the finest seasonal ingredients. Courses are served in a continuous progression and are intended to be enjoyed as a complete experience. *️⃣Reservations & Deposit * A $150 deposit per guest, plus applicable tax and 20% service charge, is required to secure your reservation. * The deposit will be applied toward your final bill. Beverages are charged separately based on consumption. * Cancellations or reservation changes must be requested via text at least 72 hours before the reservation time. * Deposits are non-refundable within 72 hours of the reservation. * Approved refunds are subject to a 3% processing fee. * No-shows and same-day cancellations will forfeit the full deposit. * For large parties, private events, or special inquiries, please text (949) 664-3186. *️⃣Punctuality * Service begins promptly at the scheduled reservation time. * Due to the nature of the experience, courses cannot be paused, repeated, or modified for late arrivals. * Guests arriving late will join the experience in progress and may miss courses without refund or credit. * Guests arriving more than 20 minutes late may not be seated. *️⃣Dietary Restrictions & Allergies * The menu is curated daily, and substitutions or modifications are not available. * Any dietary restrictions or allergies must be communicated and approved via text before booking. * Accommodation requests are limited and cannot be guaranteed. * While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. *️⃣Additional Policies * Outside food and beverages are not permitted. * Children are welcome when participating in the full omakase experience. Please notify us in advance. * The dining experience lasts approximately two hours. * Photography is welcome; flash photography, recording of other guests or staff, and disruptive phone use are not permitted. * We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest whose behavior disrupts the experience. * Menu items and ingredients are subject to seasonal availability. * Refunds, credits, discounts, replacements, or charge reversals will not be provided for no-shows, late arrivals, undisclosed dietary restrictions, personal taste preferences, ingredient substitutions due to seasonal availability, or unfamiliarity with omakase dining. **By booking a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to all policies above.**

This concise, chef-driven progression highlights premium seasonal ingredients, thoughtfully prepared and served in a continuous, timed format designed to be enjoyed in its entirety. *️⃣Reservations & Deposit: A prepaid amount of $180 per guest plus applicable tax and 20% service charge, is required to secure the reservation. Beverages are charged separately and payable at the restaurant based on consumption. All reservations for Lunch Omakase require a minimum of five (5) days advance notice, provided via text message, for any cancellation or request to reschedule.
