“You must try the omakase, the sushi chef is a master with sushi and creates amazing dishes that will change your how you see sushi. I always come here for the BEST sushi in this side of the planet. I will not post the any pictures because I do not want to spoil the experience, you will have to come and experience it yourself.”
“San Shi Go is a true 5-star dining experience that stands out for its freshness, craftsmanship, and intimate sushi setting. What makes San Shi Go exceptional is the quality of the fish. Everything tastes incredibly fresh, clean, and carefully selected, with each piece of sushi prepared right in front of you. The omakase-style experience lets the chef guide the meal, which means you get a thoughtful progression of flavors instead of just ordering off a menu. Every bite feels intentional, from delicate cuts of sashimi to perfectly seasoned nigiri. The atmosphere adds to the experience too. It’s a smaller, more personal sushi bar, which makes it feel focused and calm rather than rushed or commercial. You can actually watch the chefs work, and there’s a level of attention to detail that makes the meal feel special rather than routine. Service is another strong point—attentive without being overwhelming. The pacing of the meal is well handled, and you never feel like you’re waiting too long or being rushed through courses. The only real downside is the price, which is on the higher end, and the limited seating, which means reservations are important. But that’s expected for this kind of quality. Overall: fresh, precise, and beautifully executed sushi with a refined omakase experience. An easy 5/5 for anyone serious about Japanese cuisine.”
“We spent a small fortune here but I also went all out, getting wagyu, live spot prawn, shirako, tempura crab (very light batter and expertly done) and a number of specials. Only feedback is I felt their application of sauces was a little heavy handed but overall this was a very good meal, rice nicely seasoned and served at the proper temperature, our sushi chef friendly and helpful, all in all a highly enjoyable evening.”
“My wife and I absolutely love coming here for Omakase. I have no idea why someone would think that this place would be all you can eat... do a little more research. We've especially enjoyed the atmosphere here because yes you can buy the chefs drinks and watch them enjoy what they love doing. I recommend getting reservations at the bar for Omakase, the host and servers are always so welcoming and attentive. We typically come here for special occasions such as birthdays or anniversaries with friends because this is premium priced dining sushi experience but we have always left satisfied and excited for the next time we come back. Their appetizers and sushi have never failed to be amazing, from the special agedashi tofu to their beautiful cut nigiri, this is somewhere we will always return to. We will be back soon enough!”
“Omakase dinner was very nice, appetizers especially so. Premium pricing but you get what you pay for. Service could have been a bit more attentive”
