“We have been coming here for over 3 decades, be it for special occasions with just my wife and me or hosting larger parties, and it's always a pleasure. Beautiful location right on the bay, amazing staff, and the chefs create some wonderful dishes. Our oysters were some of the best we have had in ages, and the "Swordfish Firepot" is now one of my favorites. Thanks to the chefs and many thanks to Devyn, our server, who made our day special. “Our experience today was spectacular! Our server was Savannah and she delivered a great customer service, not only very informative and helpful, but extremely accommodating for my husband. He is NOT a big seafood fan and had tons of questions about the food and sauce options. He ordered the Swordfish steak and even liked it without any sauce. The sauce was the cherry on top though. And he is picky so he asked if they could cook it even a bit more and our waitress gave us no weird face or annoyance like many other places do. She got it back in the kitchen right away.”

“Located on the Lower New Port Bay the scenery is beautiful from every table in the restaurant. This is in my families top 2 places we have to eat when we go to So Cal! Everything I have eaten here over multiple visits have been excellent. Not a single bad experience with any part of my visits. Try that Key Lime Pie!”

“Never had calamari this tender before! We also had the chefs special halibut but we were way too hungry to take a picture. Very good and light severed on mashed potatoes The lobster mac and cheese was VERY comfort food material! Yummy. The waitress was amazing, super friendly and good vibes. Would recommend this place”

“We had a wonderful dining experience at the Rusty Pelican. We sat at the bar and had a beautiful view of the Harbor. The bartender was wonderful...so friendly and made awesome cocktails. The GM came by to see how we are doing. We really enjoyed talking to her. Everyone was so friendly and helped make the entire dining experience special. And the food was delicious. We had the seabass and the salmon. We highly recommend the Rusty Pelican for a wonderful dining experience. We will definitely go back!!”
