“06/07/2026 Smith & Wollensky - Miami Beach The Service & The Place: Every time we’re in Miami, Smith & Wollensky is one of our “must visit”restaurants. With its fun atmosphere, specially in the outdoor bar and sitting area overlooking the gorgeous Miami waters. The mixed crowd of people, tourists and locals as well as the beach goers makes it a unique experience. People watching, other than eating and drinking, is the main attraction as well as the spectacular Sunset. The main dining room and bar are also beautiful. Our server Jennifer was amazing, always attentive and friendly. Advised on the different types of meat’s cuts and also the specials of the day. The Food: A Steakhouse, of course we had to order a steak and this time was the “NY Strip 16oz.”This was the highlight of the evening, cooked and seasoned to perfection and of course, accompanied by their famous mashed potatoes. The complementary “Parker Rolls” are to die for. Please try them. When in Miami do not leave without visiting this place, you would not regret it. “Eat deliciously"”

“Smith and Wollensky in Miami Beach is such a big steak house with authentic, amazing steaks, sea food and traditional American dishes. Its atmosphere is amazing!! Everything we ordered was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. What really made the experience special was the outstanding service — waitress are attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcome from start to finish. You can tell they truly cares about the guests having a great experience. Highly recommend this South Beach restaurant. It’s a gem!”

“Had an amazing experience at smith! We started off with french onion soups then moved on to a surf and turf accompanied by the mashed potato’s and huge cesar salad. Words can’t described how amazing the quality of the food a taste was. san our serve daniel and John were fantastic. The sweetest guys. We finished off with the crème brûlée and it was to die for. We will definitely be back and we will sit with these servers.”

“If you’re in South Beach, do yourself a favor and run to Smith & Wollensky. This was one of those rare dining experiences where everything just clicks. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted promptly and made to feel welcome without any sense of stiffness or formality. The service struck the perfect balance: attentive, efficient, and genuinely friendly without ever feeling officious. The timing of everything was spot-on. Drinks hit the table within about three minutes (and they were generously poured), our starter arrived around the seven-minute mark, and our entrées came out just as we were finishing our apps seamless pacing that really elevated the experience. As for the food, it was top notch across the board. Portions are very generous, and considering the quality and location, everything felt fairly priced. You absolutely get what you pay for here. The atmosphere is another standout. Sitting right on the water with beautiful views of Fisher Island and the bay adds a whole extra layer to the meal. A huge shoutout to Eugene, who was truly one of the best servers we’ve ever had. He made the entire experience feel effortless and memorable. All in all, an exceptional meal with great food, stunning views, and flawless service. Can’t recommend it enough.”
