Celebrate the warmth, flavors, and energy of summer with our limited-time Summer Omakase at Sushi By Us. Inspired by the fire, fresh seafood, and vibrant flavors of the season, this exclusive nine-course journey brings together Japanese technique, Gulf Coast ingredients, and unexpected Latin influences. The nine-course experience includes: Hamachi Ceviche Esquite with Foie Gras and Eel Ora King Salmon Nigiri Amaebi Nigiri Sashimi Taco Crawfish Dumpling Short Rib Katsu Sando Watermelon & Strawberry Snowball Yuki Ichigo $125 per guest An optional beverage pairing featuring Japanese whisky, summer cocktails, and wine is available for an additional $45 per guest.
