“The restaurant is thoughtfully decorated, I noticed that we were the only table with a candle, when I made the reservation, I selected that it was a date. It’s a little.Touch that makes it nice. Food was prepared well and made with high quality ingredients. The only reason for four stars instead of five was that throughout the meal, our server primarily addressed and made eye contact with my dining companion rather than both of us. Items were consistently placed closer to him, and questions such as whether we wanted dessert were directed only to him. It felt a bit odd and made the experience seem less inclusive.”
“Food was excellent. Everyone's order was the proper temperature. Lamb Meatballs were a great starter. I had the Beef Wellington in Phyllo with a lovely demi glace. My wife had the Grilled Lamb Chops that came with a nice char on them. Finished with the Burnt Orange Cake. Great ambiance, very lively, but not too loud. Will come again.”
“Best food I have ever had. Went for anniversary dinner and we both agreed that is was easily the best food we have ever had. The Kibbeh Nayyeh and the Spicy Garlic Shrimp should be classified as schedule 1 drugs for how insanely good they were. Atmosphere and service were also PERFECT. Everything was exceptional and if I were to be critical of anything would be that the drink menu was a bit underwhelming but the drinks we got were all still very good. Definitely will be coming back soon!”
“Place was awesome. Had to wait about 20 minutes post reservation checkin because they were backed up, gave us a free round on the house because of it. Much appreciated! Service was great. Got the dips, octopus, breaded burrata, a harvest salad (pictured). Octopus was excellent!! Very picky with texture and it was spot on. Burrata was awesome, and the dips and salad completed each other prior to the entrees. Not pictured 2 beef wellingtons, two lamb entrees, and scallops. Bread pudding for dessert. Food took about 45 minutes to come after the last app, which felt like forever sitting there, idk why. Also only got 3 scallops with my orzo dinner, server said it came with 4. The scallop orzo tasted like spaghettios, which is disappointing for like $47. The scallops were awesome, but again you only get 3 smaller scallops. I should've got the chicken or the swordfish, but they were out of the swordfish, so went with this. Got rung up for an extra dip plus extra bread we didn't order, so they had to fix the check. It was a great time, just a few small things that came up and kept up. Used an inkind discount, and with the free round, we were happy. If we didn't have either of these, with a 20% tip our bill was going to be closer to $750 for the 5 of us. At that price point I'd be back on special occasions and absolutely would not get the scallops. Would be excited to try the chicken, maybe come for lunch? Worth a visit.”
“A typical establishment of the area: nice decor with a promise of something special - but what you get is an overpriced crappy meal. The small plates on the picture cost over $60 combined; the "spring salad' is made with a $2.99 Romaine lettuce from Walmart. The food is far from Mediterranean - just the usual American salty/fatty fare made from the cheap ingredients. It took over an hour to get our food - and iI wasn't even full. The best outcome of my meal there is the fact that my stomach felt fine afterwards”
