“I had SUCH an amazing time here! I met up with a stranger here for a date and Kerri didn’t even hesitate to make it comfortable even though it was the second date I brought there in a week. Definitely a girls girl. The cocktails were out of the world. You could tell she knows what’s she’s doin. Also the ambiance is unmatched. It was also an Alice In Wonderland Popup… definitely hit the nail on the head with that. Completely pleased. Def bringing my next date back. Only if Kerri is working.”
“They made this such a beautiful experience. It was done so well and so nice and peaceful upstairs. The Wait staff was amazing. Our server was so attentive and helpful!! Make reservations!! Well worth the visit!!”
“The space is really cute! I’m a huge fan of speakeasy’s and the little door to get in is a fun start to the night. The drinks are a little pricier $24-$25 for most drinks on their menu. I’d highly suggest asking your waiter what certain drinks taste like before you order. I ordered one and didn’t like it, and when the came to take it away; she informed me that most people aren’t too fond of this drink. However, I had one of the best lemon drops I’ve had here at Room 1904. It was so good, I ordered a second one; then another one so my friend could try it. The service is the only thing I’ll complain about. Once our server took our order, the only other time she came around was to drop the drinks off. We had to go to the bar to order another drink; and even then it was a different woman who brought us the rest of our order.”
“⭐️⭐️ – Overpriced, Underwhelming, and Seriously Rude Service 💸🙄🚫 I was honestly really excited to visit Room 1904, but the second I walked in, that excitement evaporated faster than their overpriced cocktails. The blonde server at the entrance couldn’t have been less welcoming—no greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. Just a cold “Do you have a reservation?” like we were inconveniencing her by existing. Once we confirmed we did in fact have a reservation, she just pointed and said, “You can sit there.” No walking us to the table, no menu, no care—just pure “you’re on your own” energy. The place itself is okay, but absolutely not worth the hype or the prices. Drinks are over $20 each, and for what? The vibe was fine, but nothing special. The food was mediocre at best, and combined with the disastrous service, it just wasn’t worth staying long—or coming back. Look, I get that some places survive on their name alone, but if your service is this bad, maybe check your standards. Hospitality matters. No matter how trendy your location is, no one wants to be treated like an inconvenience—especially not by a server dressed like they rolled out of bed. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you like your night out served with a side of attitude.”
“Service was subpar and drinks were poorly made. Came with friends because we heard good things and were heavily disappointed to go to a bar where there were a bunch of kids running around. The waitress took forever to seat us (even though we had a reservation) and come take our order. We waited over 40 minutes to get our drinks, and Ben thought the restaurant was fairly empty and no one else needed to be served. Drinks were way too strong and poor in taste for the price.”
